If you don't have the game and would like to get it and play online, follow these simple steps to get a legit BF2 installation:
• Register to Lost-Soldiers BF2 Community at lost-soldiers.org/enlistment
• Activate your account via e-mail ✉ (you'll receive an activation link)
• Then log in using the dog tags on the top-left corner of the website
• Go to the Forum → Military Base board (make sure to be logged in first)
• Read the sticky thread 📌 to get the most up-to-date download instructions

So just out of curiosity, how come you hipfire so much at enemies who aren't immediately in front of you? I haven't played BF2 in years, and never multiplayer, so just curious now that I get so many BF2 vids recommended lol

I mean, I don't know what to tell you exactly. After so many years it's just muscle memory. Hip firing improves accuracy, and unlike proning, it doesn't give you a brief accuracy penalty when you assume the position

@@DominikoPL Wouldn't you usually ADS in games which allow for it, though? Like, hip-firing im BF3 at those ranges wouldn't necessarily be successful. Is BF2 different in that regard? Still nice aim though, I'd just get creamed lol

@@TheIvanNewb BF2 shooting is very specific and different from pretty much any other FPS game. The guns in general are very inaccurate, deal little damage (a headshot from M16 doesn't even kill you, lol) and the spread is very high, so you gotta do everything you can to maintain semi-decent accuracy, so in this case firing from hip as often as you can and firing in short bursts rather than full auto, unless from a very close distance
