I mean, it wasn't really, it was right on time. Insurgency was released in early 2014, and had reloads similarly to MW2019. That was ahead of its time.

there is an alternative reload of the AK-24, just use some big scope like 4x-1.5x or 3x. the difference is in the fact that he only uses his right hand to pull the chamber instead of AK reload

Sometimes in Battlefield games, especially BF4, the sound is delayed or doesn't play at all. It only happens sometimes.

I do love the fact that Dice decided to put/keep the M26 "MASS"terkey in for the M16, I also like that they had the Cheese greater on the M16 for the M203 and the M320 Couple gripes, M1911A1 had no hammer (gun inoperable) M2 carbine (which features an extended 30 round mag) operator does not tap mag release button on empty reload, Also for the M2 reload, it'd feel odd to mag flick a gun with a traditional rifle stock, right?

2042とはディベロッパーが違うので、アニメーターも別の人なんですよね。 2042の方はBFVと同じアニメーターでしたが、確かシーズン2あたりで退社してます

The animations don't at all feel like battlefield. There's only a very select few that would feel remotely "Battlefield-ish" Like the PKP-BP as a good example, that feels fluid and clean, and very BF like. The Gewehr 43 has a good feel to it too. So does the NTW-20... But like. Basically all of them just feel cartoony and not satisfying enough like the regular ones we're used to.

Wtf is "BF like". Reload animations in BF were always straight forward. Some funny reload easter eggs sometimes but they were never mindblowing.

@@ruok3351 BF like is a lot smoother. The way the operator reloads the weapon the barrel is all over the place. They don't hold the gun steady. Compare that to older BF games and the operator keeps the gun still. That's why the PKP reload works, holds up the gun with one hand and the other does the work. Then you got the AK-24 and when the mag gets taken out the gun is flailing around.

There is no Battlefield reload style the reloads were just reloads, like how many times can you reload a weapon in and how many ways. You act like Battlefield reload animations have always just been perfect and beautiful in fact actually a lot of these animations if you were to go back to like Battlefield 4 you would see there are very close. Now the portal animations I agree they're bad

I think it's due to how well it correlates with the reload animation. For example, if a reload is strong and stiff, it should be more jolty for the screen shake. But I think Battlefield 2042 tried to imitate this but did not succeed well.

Oh god, I saw the thumbnail and I was hoping it was bait, its legit, battlefield 2042 has WW2 era weapons. this is like seeing a cold war era AK47 in Halo, this is just pure raw laziness. And developer laziness confirmed with the Gewer 43, now yes you can technically realistically reload the weapon that way, but it's never intended to be reloaded via a clip, infact now I think about it, I believe the Gewer 43 has the mag built into the gun. Having these WW2 weapons is a clear sign the createive team do not exist, they could easily port in weapons from BF4 (though I did like seeing the lever action repeating crossbow which is a real weapon. Expensive yes but damn I would love to own one.) Port in weapons from BF4 and make energy weapons that use like common house hold batteries as ammo.

The ww2 Era weapons are from the portal mode where you can play the older battlefield games, like battlefield 1942, the ww2 weapons aren't in the main 2042 modes🤦♂️

@@SkarKing5 Ok, I am letting my blindness of disappointment and annoyance get in the way, when I say battle royal wannabe, the game was gonna be solely a battleroyal, it was close, the only evidence it was gonna be a battle royal was simply the characters, the few amount of weapons and how the tanks can seat 4 people. Remember it was gonna be a battle royal, for one there are no classes. If you say "there classes", then I must say they are the most loose and adjustable classes.

I'm not sure what the "1911 Marsoc version" is, do you mean BF3 M1911 (1:04)? If you want to use it in AOW, you can do so by completing the M1911 Weapon Unlock Challenge. By the way, BF1942 and BFBC2 M1911 (0:59) are only portals, so when recording this video, I used the rule editor to call them.

Tactical reloads for WW2 weapons is the most cringe thing I've ever seen. AAA game and they couldn't even be bothered to make unique animations for a lot of these weapons, or at least have the MP-443 Grach actually have the thumb press down on the slide release.

I don't understand the hate some of the reloads get. I don't mind the portal reloads being janky because that's not developed by the main team. And I don't think it's the goal of portal mode anyways to have fancy animations. Besides for the most part they are fine.

It's not just that they're jank (although even still a triple A dev team should probably be able to make things look better than this), it's that the animations of the same weapons from the games they're mimicking are far better, along with the previous game, bf5, having genuinely impressive motions, sound design, and attention to detail. It's like they're trying to show the players they're not trying nearly as hard as they used to, which is disappointing.

There is an action in the portal's rules editor that allows you to change the remaining ammunition of a particular player's weapon in a particular slot to a specified number. This time, the action is set so that when the player crouches, the remaining ammo of all weapons in their possession becomes 0 after 0.5 seconds. In this way, empty reloads can be performed without firing or switching weapons.
