Here is the bf4 public service announcement of the day. Medics; when you go to revive someone do NOT throw down a med bag first as the medbag is what is preventing you from reviving. If you cannot revive someone, destroy all the ammo and medbags near the player, then it works like magic. This has been noob tips by stickbo.
