increase your sensitivity and fov and remove motion blur and camera shake. it could also have to do your system itself.

Sorta, I played Japan BT the other day on PC and it definitely didn't seem like anyone was blatant cheating, if they were it would have not been obvious but it was a lot better and playable.

There is no anti cheat on consoles and I encounter cronus aimbotters a lot these days.
