little bag is actually quite useful on larger conquest maps. You can heal yourself or allies while moving and not needing to wait by the big bag to get your health full

back in this game, (at least in my experience as a solo player where the squad is always separating and not sticking together) I always take the small medkit since you can just throw it down, run over it and heal on the go rather than slowly heal up in one spot. Still, nice to see these old videos again.

When this episode was released they both healed the same way the moment it was used. now they heal differently so the noob actually doesn't seem as bad... granted it should still be only one or the other.

In BF1 as a support I carried the big and little ammo bag, big one for groups defending and attacking, the little one to throw at people as I run by them

Yeah I've always felt like a madman running the little bag since nobody else seems to use it. But I don't feel like sitting in one spot waiting for my health to climb up, plus I can throw the little bag at teammates just running by. I hate when I throw down the big bag and they just run past and don't get healed at all.

little bag heals a bit faster as solo medic big bag heals everyone but if you move away from big bag HP generation stops heal well if you stay alive without getting hit you still heal

@@maximtcaciuc2904 Had a match the other day in 2042. Breakthrough, one of the attackers bailed out of a jet. It landed ok. I hopped in, took off, then took down 8 of their air vehicles before I crashed trying to dodge a missile.

Besides The Colonel, Angry Engineer is my favorite character outside of the main friends' squad. Y'all should definitely bring back the Closet Colonel for the new season, have the plot be something along the lines of him maxing out his rank during early access and owning up to his sweatiness, no longer hiding behind a low level account.

To be fair though, the little bag is as good because it can actually replenish health while you're running around. Whereas the big bag can only do that if you're standing next to it. Just chuck a little one at a friendly and they'll heal as they're running.

Playing as medic in operation locker and Metro 2014, I always spam the little bags, and it racks me up so many points XD

In Bf4 I started using the small bag a lot more because people were wounded and not going for the big bag, and also you are a lot on the move. So I started using the small bag, when you throw it it'll aim for the wounded person automatically, and it heals 100%. You also have 2-3 of them and they come back faster vs the big bag. So you can heal more people who are separate in a room, vs 1 big bag

Personal opinion here, the little bag is pretty good for tactical revives, just rub the paddles enough to revive then toss a little bag, it will constantly heal them without them having to stand there like a sitting duck, big bags mostly good for heals on the run and choke points...

Or you can just hold attack button a second longer and revive with 100hp, instead of 20.

@@lazy_cat_traveller yeah I know but it takes a bit, tactical revive is like when they're in a slightly dangerous spot and youre surrounded/swarmed by enemies, also keeps a fast flow on gameplay, you can get back to shooting SLIGHTLY quicker, but hey, any advantage you can get

This clip was first released when both bags worked the same way. That's the joke. They changed it later and ironically the little bag is far superior to the big one these days. The mobility you can maintain with the little ones just is unmatched with the big one. That being said, running both given their differences is actually a very viable option.

Is the little med bag actually more useful than the big med bag or is it just me? While it only heals one person you have infinite of them, they stick to players so you can literally force the healing on your teammates on low health that don't stand still, it keeps healing them even while running and the same goes for you too.

Small meds are super effective if you as a medic are focusing on giving heals. It instantly starts the heal cycle and can be spammed. The large pack is so people can get heals from you while you're multitasking like shooting or reviving etc.

With the high mobility in BF4, the little bag is just superior to the big one. You can heal yourself while running, throw them more often and I think supression also stops the healing if you use the big bag. I've ran the small bag for many years now so I can't remember how it functions, so might be wrong here. To be fair, as an aggressive infantry player running both isn't bad at all, especially in tdm where the respawn timer is extremely fast and you pretty much can't revive. When this clip was originally released, they both worked pretty much the same and the small bag was basically useless. They changed it later down the line.

When this episode came out, the small and big med bags functioned differently than they do today. Back then, there really wasn’t a reason to equip the small med bag. After they were rebalanced in the CTE, both now have their places.

I kinda wish healing and ammo would revert back to Battlefield 2142. You could hold the respective bag in your hands and you would act as a mobile resupply station.

That last episode was when BF1 came out in 2016. They couldn’t fit their characters into BF1 or BFV, but they are doing new ones again for BF2042.

Honestly people underestimate the little bag. Big bag may be an AOE type gadget, buy little bag can almost instantly fix someone. Like if someone is hurt and not many others are around, using the little one can fix someone much quicker. Big bag is for those classic "locker" type situations where most of both teams are shooting each other down a single hallway. But yeah, it is pretty dumb to carry both simultaneously.

On this subject Bandage > Big bag Big bag requires you to stay within the vicinity of where the bag is deployed and heals much slower, granted its for big groups of people. With bandages (which are infinite with no cooldown), you can keep people moving and it heals MUCH quicker. This has been your friendly BF medic PSA

For the record, in comparison with little/big ammo kit choice, for medkits the solution is not so obvious. While big bag allows you to kinda heal several people at once, little bag can heal you/others while under fire, which is really good imho.

Idk if it's true, if machinima used alternate scenes, or if it's just my head..... It's weird, like when the noob was using defibs, I thought when he let engineer die, medic came up and asked him why he wasn't reviving engineer right before getting shot.....

in hardcore mode we used to always kill eachother and then revive to full after when we didnt have packs on us..good trick and you dont lose any points.

Small Bag is actually more effective due to healing faster, can be thrown, grabbed, and thus the injured soldier can be healed while on the move. ^^

something BF5 did right was giving both big and small ammo/medic bags their uses. Big bags for defense where you drop them and forget them and the little bags were great for attacking because you could resupply teammates at a distance on the go very easily.

Level 100 battlefield veteran since bad company 2 no lie I think dice intentionally tries to lie about this so that people won't do it so they don't have to patch it but I have had plenty of infantry close quarter maps like operation locker that using both bags works better than anything get to a narrow corridor that has one or two openings drop both bags and you will keep everyone around you almost at full health continuously and the more people doing this the more their health will just keep rising and keep rising and keep rising and eventually you will clear that entire corridor and get incredible amounts of healing bonuses and ribbons and service Stars
