It does for real he turns around and kills that dude coming up behind him. Dude wasn't spotted or on the mini map but turns right around to kill him. Dudes a cheat. Aim locking onto every target.

I don't know but in my games enemies instakill me as soon as I am spotted and in open...half of these guys just wander around like clueless and whole groups get wiped.
