Eh, I'd honestly say give Sonic a pass on this one, his time break and speed break abilities probably would help him give some edge in the match

You indeed are correct, the concept of ultra instinct is the change of agility and defense, a strength difference isn't necessarily given so being slowed down would be a huge problem for goku while in that form, unless of course it was the mastered version, which is full power

@@Hi-ii1sl the problem with that is goku faced similair technuiqes sonic fans fail to realize goku has faced hit who skips through time and goku is way faster then that now plus I do believe alot of miscalculation on sonic due to how alot of final boss areas look like new dimensions when there was no harm to them from sonic sure you can hsve power but if your a glass canon just dodge like your life depends on it

In these scenarios I like to assume that the universe they fight in balances their fighting skills as in power levels being near nonexistent relying only on skills of the fighter. Sonic speed alone seems to be effective against fighters especially given that dyspo only used speed

@@michaelsong3733 I'm saying he physically can't USE all seven rings, each of the world ring is a different emotion, hell I don't think anyone can use all seven. Alf Layla wa-Layla couldn't use all seven, only five, he had his wishes and prayers granted which is the white and blue rings, and that caused him joy which is the yellow ring and had the pleasure to control the entire Arabian Nights, the Cyan ring, he had no reason to have Hatred Rage or Sadness, Red, Purple and Green rings, so he couldn't use them which is why they flew out of him. But Sonic meanwhile did have a reason for Rage Hatred and Sadness, sad that Shahra sacrificed her own life to save him, and anger and hatred because of Erazor killing her, forming Darkspine Sonic. Why the hell do you think it's called Darkspine, a variation of Dark Sonic but canon?

@@starlightdelight21 I mean the sonic team isn't exactly very creative. "Super Sonic". "Dark Super Sonic." "Werehog." "Hyper Sonic." Let's see uh..."Excalibur Sonic". "Hyper Go Sonic." But i'll have to disagree. My reasoning being : Sonic is the main character. When the going get's tough, the plot armor suddenly get's stronger. It's runs on the same logic as "Eggman has threatened the world, time, and space itself, why don't we kill him he's too dangerous!" While this makes perfect sense, they don't do it because the plot demands it (I know sonic doesn't kill people, but Shadow would and it's a bit ridiculous at this point.)

this was a really fun battle to watch back then suprising to see a another form i never heard of out of amazement in seeing darkspine sonic I decided to do some research on this particular form and gaining large amount of curiosity about said form during research i was amazed by the feats sonic has done in the game: *fought erazor djinn who apparently absorbed the arabian nights and each page is considered a universe *managed to deflect a large projectile fired at him by physically attacking it * defeated alf layla wa layla while powered up with only three world rings * is capable of changing reality with a wave of his hand during research I realized darkspine was only formed with only three world rings thus giving me questions: *darkspine was formed with the three world rings which were negative emotions (anger, hatred, sadness) if sonic were to absorbed all of the world rings would anything besides his peronality change? *would it be considered stronger than super sonic if it did manage to absorb all of the world rings? or maybe at least tied with it? anyways what do you guys think?

Yeah definitely. But darkspine sonic is for sure sonics 3rd strongest form. Super sonic is only stronger cause of solaris but im certain all world rings combined, darkspine would beat super.

Oreo *Ex-RWBY Hater* yeah i know for a fact that super is superior to darkspine but remember that sonic fought erazor djinn who apparently absorbed the arabian nights and it was said that the arabian nights consists of 1001 pages and each page were considered a universe from what I can recall sonic managed to beat erazor djinn in BASE erazor djinn absorbed the seven world rings making him alf layla-wa-layla combining that with the arabian nights making him really powerful hell he was even going to wreck havoc in the real world once he escapes sonic only having absorbed three world rings causing him to transform into darkspine even beating alf layla-wa-layla who had absorbed all of the world rings honestly super sonic has a lot more hax compared to darkspine

sonic would eradicate goku because darkspine has unlimited power and grows stronger every second. sonic's anger makes his darkspine form stronger and darkspine is always angry. also, it is impossible to knock sonic out of his darkspine form without killing yourself as the world rings hold reality together and would destroy goku the second he knocked sonic out of darkspine. the only way to do that safely is for sonic to will himself out of darkspine.

The best thing about darkspine sonic is that while he is one of the most powerful transformations sonic possesses, he is still the most suppressed one. Think about it, darkspine's level is near to universal (judging from his battle with alf leya wa leyla) and he is using just three of the secret rings. Imagine what would happen if he had all seven of them!

Darkspine Sonic has the power of a universe and limited experience using that form, Ultra Instinct Goku has limited experience with his form as well, ending makes sense.

Darkspine has the power of a mulitverse not just a universe as he restored the entire Arabian knights Mulitverse (including the unlimited universes from the Arabian knights Maginary world) at the end of Secret Rings.

Sonic is a lot stronger than people give him credit for, you showed that. Also I’ve never been able to get that deep into Sonic comics but can Shadow and Silver still keep up with Sonic and gain some power up like this or only Super and Hyper?

Only Super, Shadow still has the transformation Chaos and is still Sonic's biggest rival, but Silver already they do not even care about him anymore, so much so that in the Sonic Forces comic, Silver and Knuckles have a mega difficulty to defeat Chaos, being that in history the Classic Sonic defeats Chaos with a single attack

The legendary Player 27 even base Sonic can restore space times by running, darkspine sonic doing it isn't that impressive, also he doesn't have the durability of super sonic and is arguably about as strong as him

Vlw, e pra mim tá tudo igual, o Dark é comparado ao Super (mas pra mim ele é mais forte), e sendo assim, tanto o Ultra quanto o Dark superam a luz, mas a diferença é que o Dark precisa do "Speed Break", enquanto o Ultra, ele só precisa de motivação

My opinion as a dbs and sonic fan is that darkspine sonic actually has chance to win against Ui goku end I will explain it. Darkspine sonic main abilities: Speedbreak and soulpower UI GOKU: Instinctively moves It is true that UI goku can dodge all attacks but if the opponent has ability that can be compared with the instinctively dodge so the opponent is on the same lv. Darkspine sonic has the ability called speedbreak that how the name says he breaks speed and sees all in slowmotion. Thanks to the speedbreak he can be so fast that he can build his own force that means if sonic speed increases his speed than more strength he can collect on the inpact his punch. Speedbreak has the ability to deflect ki attacks. Basically: If goku dodges a attack if sonic so can sonic use the speedbreak slow the time for gokus eyes looks like sonic vanished on the spot but we now all how goku is he will get a idea how to counter the speedbreak. So we can say both have chance to win it is a matter of willpower hope explained a little bit sorry for bad english it isnt my native language. And dont hate or say vulgar things because thats my opinion if some one has detail that missed to say than ok say it nice cuz I know people would like say: blablabla but goku can this and that sonic can these and that why people things if they have no idea and information blablabla. Nathan Bessa eles são legais, mas a questão é que os sprites JUS iriam combinar mais com a batalha, pois o Goku parece um gigante comparado ao Sonic.
