I think you complete quests and main bosses and then you grow back but they are doing a bunch of extra stuff, also once you grow you can starts the story again with harder combat

Craft the embiginig cocktail and put it in the Javamatic machine and do I fight With bugs and get it again go to the mysterious machine and press some buttons and you beat grounded
