As a Japanese martial artist. He has a black belt of IAI and　studied zen meditation and KI and have been certified in each.

Hi, Thank you for the video. I benefited from your lesson on how to act. However, it will be nice if you can reduce the background music volume. Also is it a Wakizashi you are using ? What is the blade length ?

I'm not using wakizashi, it's proper on my height. But i don't know the lengh.Because of i don't have a measuring instrument now..
