बटुरा
आवश्यक सामग्री
मैदा - 1 1/2 कप
आटा - 1/2 कप
शक्कर - 1/2tbsp
नमक - स्वादानुसार
दही - 3/4त कप
दूध - 1/2 कप
बेकिंग पाउडर - 3/4त tsp
बेकिंग सोडा - 2 चुटकी
तेल - 1tbsp
तेल - टलने के लिए
विधि
एक कटोरे मे दही, दूध, शक्कर और नमक मिलाए.
मैदा,आटा, बेकिंग पाउडर और बेकिंग सोडा छानकार रखे.
इस सूखे मिश्रण को दही मिश्रण मे थोड़ा थोड़ा डालके गुन्द ले. 1tbsp तेल इस लोई पे डालके एक गीले टॉवेल से ढककर 2 खन्टे के लिए रख दे.
अब इसकी छोटी लोइयाँ बनाए और गोल आकर मे बेल ले.
तेल गरम कर ले और बटूरे त्ल ले.
चना मसाला के साथ गरम गरम सर्व करे.
Ingredients
All Purpose flour/Maida-1 1/2 cup
Atta/wheat flour-1/2cup
Sugar-1/2tbsp
Salt-
Curd-3/4cup
Milk-1/2cup
Baking Powder-3/4tsp
Baking soda-2pinch
Oil-1tbsp
Oil-for frying
Method
In a bowl add curd, milk,salt and sugar mix well
Strain maida ,atta ,baking powder and soda together
To the curd mix add flour mix little by little and make dough
then sprinkle oil on the top
cover with a wet cloth and keep aside for 2 hours
Then make small balls and roll to round shapes
Then fry in oil
Batura is ready to serve ..Serve with chana masala
