Bauen einer Inkle Loom / Building a Inkle Loom

Ich war auf einem Mittelaltermarkt und hab eine alte Technik des Webens gesehen. Das Bändchenweben auf der Inkle Loom.
Das Ganze hat mir so gut gefallen, das ich gleich nach einer Bauanleitung gesucht habe. Ich bin schnell fündig geworden.

In diesem Video zeige ich euch, wie ich diese gebaut habe.
I visited a medieval market and discovered an old weaving technique. Bandweaving on a inkle loom.
I was amazed so I searched the internet for a building plan. I found one! It´s a german one, but if you search a bit, you will find an english plan just as easy.

Thank you for the link to inkle loom plans it is the best one I found so far. All people have to do is hit translate and it comes up in english.

Thanks I plan to try an make a double sided inkle loom by adjusting the plans a bit.

Respekt schön gemacht weiter so und auf Arbeitsschutz achten dann wird alles gut. Solche Lehrlinge hätte ich mir gewünscht 👍👍👍

@@MakerMauz Inspired by your video, I have built an Inkle Loom of my own design. It has a cherry wood body and maple pegs. I like how you used high quality plywood (multiplex platten) for the body. I used fewer pegs and a longer body for a warp of 305cm. The overall length of my loom is 78cm. The pegs are 12cm with a diameter of 2cm. I think I used too many screws to hold it together, and it does not look as nice as yours. I made a tensioning peg that is not round for greater strength.

Hola Maker !!! Mil gracias por compartir tus conocimientos y darnos a conocer pasó a paso la construcción de este hermoso telar ...en mi país no tenemos almacén alguno para comprar estos telares,Me voy a hacer yo mismo . Una pregunta : yo soy izquierdo menejo más la mano izquierda el telar que me voy hacer ....para armar iría todo al contrario por que veo difícil trabajar con la mano derecha. En espera de tu contestación me despido con un fuerte abrazo. Son muy hermosos tus videos. Felicitaciones Saludos desde la ciudad de Ambato en Ecuador. 🇪🇨
