With these new brushless tools and more coming out, I wonder if Bauer will make bigger amp batteries or 21700 cell batteries. Great vid as always!

Now Hercules batteries have a 3 year warranty, the Bauer only 90 days.

I guess the Bauer 8Ah🔋 has 21700 cells! I've used the 18650 🔋 for so many years from flashlights all kinds of other gizmos. I'm fine with the same batteries in that Bauer 🔋pack

I work at Harbor Freight, 20v is 20v aka same exact power. Amp hours is your fuel, aka how long a battery will last. Bauer is better than Hercules and a bit cheaper

you are right on a technical level, but the real world isn't perfect. More draw is available from bigger batteries and it's quite noticeable, mostly from 1.5a to 3a jump and above

That's not completely true on a tool that isn't power demanding yeah you are correct but on tools that are power demanding the bigger ah batteries can help with power sag especially the batteries with 21700 cells like hercules 8-12ah batteries!!

use a drill for a drills job, not a hex driver! Thats how you make it stronger. Same speed both batteries.

the 8ah battery makes all the Bauer tools basically entry level Milwaukee

I made the 🎥 before the 8ah for came out and it does make a difference on some of the tools like the impact wrench and the weed whacker, working on that 🎥. Thank You for your comment 💯👍

Y do they have different batteries in the first place? Hf just making hard on them selves, they have like 4 or more battery platforms and 12 vs 20 well go thing their are smart people making adapters

It's their good better best model, from low end to high and in between. For hobbyist diy & semi pro. They want to give people options like home depot & lowes. 👍

For the weight of the batteries and how good those Bauer 5ah batteries work I'm sticking with that... If they didn't perform well then I would look at something else... I have a whole set of Makita tools and I'm slowly switching over to Bauer Makita is just overpriced and batteries are ridiculous 💰

Makita is overpriced and they really have not improved their tech. I can't wait to see what the performance of the Bauer BL hammer drill, when they finally release it. Thank You for your comment ✌️💯👍

Just bought one yesterday. They have a deal right now (as of May 13th 2023) “Buy a 8ah 20v Bauer Battery, get the Rapid-Plus Charger FREE”. It’s just the single charger, NOT the double. Not sure if it’s one of the “In-Store Only” deals either.

I have Milwaukee , it's just a video and only the M18 Fuel Gen3 has clearly beat the Bauer in speed. Every task the Gen3 completed so did the Bauer brushless. 👍😎

“5 amp hour.” “How can we make it stronger….?” “With a 25 amp hour, of course.” Seriously though… 1. How big is that battery? 2. Do they make some sort of adapter to accomplish that or are Hercules and Bauer Batteries interchangeable? Just curious.

It's an adaptor I got on ebay but you can find it on amazon or if you want to wait Bauer is supposed to get an 8 &12 ah batteries👍😎
