German architecture is very minimalist and most people in the world do not find that appealing. It lacks flair, intricacy and quite austere, some would say, german thriftiness and zero-risk culture reach its architecture...

Newer European architecture is just very minimalist in general. It just got very internationalized. Nobody's building very fancy living quarters anymore

Most germans don't like the Bauhaus architecture aswell. I am really sorry that we are the origin of the worst architectural style.

Historic German architecture is some of the greatest and Most impressive. The BAUHAUS was important after the war for reconstruction and providing affordable living space
