@@SpencerHsui will never buy a home or condos that have HOA……….HOA is just absolutely suck u gotta pay a monthly fee and they go to house just to make how your house is and if they dont like the way your house look they gonna tell u what u cant do or what u cant have at your house and if u dont obey by their rule they gonna raise HOA and u gonna end up payin more money for them

@stevenjohnson8736 if you can afford a single family Home, definitely Go for it. However, if it means you have to keep saving for extra years, then it’s not worth the wait and to live in something one can afford now and trade up later. Everything gets more expensive as things rarely get cheaper over time. That’s fine as long as you understand this and the hoa is in a reasonable range for the area

My friends jumbo rate is 5.75%, they just closed. Still high but at least under 6%

i bought 2 home here in Stockton 209 and its way much cheaper the San Francisco house

Of course it is. The jobs and pay there are far fewer and less. You can buy a home in Mexico for cheaper than Stockton too.

@@SpencerHsu No luck needed. We all know 35% of all home purchases from the start of covid to now have been investment property. Economy is slowing, vacancy is increasing for short term rental and rent is decreasing for long term rental. Cap all of a sudden isn't looking too enticing and since there's no chance the FED will decrease interest rates this year, good luck selling a house with no buyers. Next thing you know investors will want to recoup their investment and a domino effect from panic selling will begin. Did anyone actually think a 50% increase in the price of homes in 2 years was sustainable? lol. Oh and i didn't even talk about the other 65% of all homes sold since covid. That 3.5% interest rate isn't going to save you when you lost your job and bought a home at peak prices. Zillow is showing home prices double topped and have started to go down again. The housing market crash is just starting. Took longer than expected because investors were hopeful the FED would decrease rates and the economy would bounce but that isn't happening. Don't expect another spring rally this time around.

@Frenchieeeee once again good luck. Share with me every homeowner because you are going to save them Lots of money. Sell all real estate assets immediately and buy the dip. That’s the bed that you make and how you can take advantage of this. Thanks for the intros.

@Frenchieeeee FYI Home prices did not increase anywhere close to 50% in two years. Check your math and stats and not make up numbers. All of the information is public including what I just shared.

@@SpencerHsu you're incorrect but that's alright. A simple Zillow home value check would show you that you're wrong.
