Huh, I've always wondered about going down McGill, though my first thought would have been to connect to Ambrose/Sanborn rather than PGE. Speaking of PGE I've heard there's some very unfriendly people at the Sherry's end of PGE.

This isn't really a gravel route it's a route for mountain bikes just be warned.

We rode the entire thing on gravel bikes with no issue

There are very few technical trails off Skyline that even require a suspension fork. RIDER, not the freakin bike. Underbiking rules..... We rode 'em all on steel road bikes and sew ups before MTBs existed, just because they were there. Later, rigid mtbs. In this area you can still see Tom Ritchey bombing the trails on his road bike out there.

@@mysteriousMatchStick 😂😂Nope, mostly just some hippies The few hikers and equestrians we came across thought we were aliens. Always good for a laugh.
