Bayilvan Ranganathan ( born 19 March 1944) is an Indian actor and film critic . He has been playing supporting roles in comedy roles especially in Tamil films .
Bayilvan Ranganathan hails from Siruthondanallur , Thoothukudi district in Tamil Nadu . He graduated from Sri Muthumalayamman High School in Siruthondanallur and went to Pope's College in Sayarpuram. He is interested in weightlifting . Prior to becoming an actor, he worked in the police force. He received the title of Mr. Chennai.Looking at his body, M. G. Ramachandran called the apprentice. That became his nickname. He made his acting debut as a doctor in the movie Knot . He also writes reviews for movies in magazines.
பயில்வான் ரங்கநாதன் என்பவர் ஓர் இந்திய நடிகர்திரைப்பட விமர்சகராவார். இவர் குறிப்பாக தமிழ் திரைப்படங்களில் நகைச்சுவை வேடங்களில் துணை பாத்திரங்களில் நடித்து வருகிறார்.
