hello my name is Maddie, I live in Jacksonville, Florida and I have been watching these videos for over a week now. I struggle with suicidal thoughts, paranoia, delusions of grandeur, depression, laziness, hatred, jealousy, and heartbreak. I also have anxiety. All I talk about are my problems. I will probably be evicted on my 27th birthday on the 1st. I'm basically Eeyore. With his house made of sticks. I wonder if I will ever have kids. With all the ways I've failed at adulthood, and all the ways I've gone off track, I fear I will never have children and will one day regret it. I had a dream about Nouman Ali Khan a week ago. We were in an airport and Nouman Ali Khan took me by the hand and started running so we could catch a flight. It was really super nice. Thanks Bayyinah Institute for these reliable posts. At least I am learning something new while I am going through so much. It's good to know there are still good people in this world.

Maddie, Know that prophets went through worse and how did our prophet cope with all that, Allah told him stories of other prophets and how everything eventually made sense. Moral of all this is that to read quran and ponder upon it. Inshallah you will find peace and i pray for you, dont ever lose hope. Hopeless is Iblees

I would like to thank Allah for inspiring this brother to share the gift of contemplation on Allah’s Quran. I would like to add that the tests we are all encountering in one variation or another are all opportunities to purify our souls. Allow your heart to feel the emotions of your human experience. The anger, sadness, grief, understanding, compassion is how the dark energy of the soul gets purified. Do not keep anger inside. You should express it in journaling, running, or anything positive to let it out. You should not take it out on the person who triggered you because that just unnecessarily compounds the calamity and you’ll miss the lesson. Once you’re done being mad, you will feel sad and depending on the circumstance, you may fall into grief. That’s the BEST time to cry to Allah for relief. I LIVE for that part because I feel closest to Allah as no one can take the pain but Him in that moment. If you can genuinely call out to Allah to help you find the lesson, He will guide you through your heart. That’s is when understanding comes in and you will start to dissect the calamity to understand yourself and it is in THAT moment that Allah’s Light will come in to illuminate the dark part of your soul that needs to be purified. Once you see your darkness, you have no room to judge the opponent, you will then open your heart to see that, they too, struggle with the darkness of their soul and all you will feel is compassion and forgiveness will be the only consequence of that illumination. The wisdom is the fruit of the lesson and only comes after forgiveness. This process is the epitome of the human experience. You get to practice, surrendering to Allah, beautiful patience, gratitude, and forgiveness. Indeed with hardship comes ease. From personal experience, I promise that you only need to go through that process once and you will no longer have any anxiety about anything as you will find that all calamities are opportunities to purify your soul. The human experience turns into an adventurous journey of rinse and repeat 😊 Do not be like most people who feel shame about the anger, suppress it, and are forever stuck in darkness. The worst anger is the one that is expressed passively. No human can escape anger, but only the elite can channel it out of their body beautifully without harming anyone in the process. ❤
