I’m sorry if I’m making no sense, however, I don’t think I can appreciate this lecture. As some of the wrong words have mentioned like “revenge”. A victim who has been wronged for that person maybe Allah is the last resort to seek justice. As this world is not perfect. If you don’t always see justice here. And the right that’s been given to every human being to seek justice from his/her Lord. Sometimes that’s the only thing a victim have. this video pressurize a lot on victims reaction and villainifying of victims reactions. It’s true. Sometimes some pain causes us monstrous behavior, but when a person does not see any justice from this world. This is why it’s super important that we at least can hope that our creator is just and he will do the justice. It’s not revenge it’s simply the matter of hoping for justice.

I feel you and it's okay to want justice and to have hope in Allah but here the lecture was about not saying things from yourself about Allah like he mentioned you should not say Allah is not going to forgive you as a Muslim we cant say what's Allah is gonna do ...we can pray n trust him but it's totally on Allah to forgive that person or take revenge.

There is a delicate line here. Of course there should be justice. I don't see it as revenge, its just justice and letting go and getting rid of the trash. I also think that the messaging is a slippery slope, because when someone wrongs someone else, that is A LOT DIFFERENT than wronging oneself. Especially in matters of the heart. Lots of narcissistic people who you hope are brought to justice but don't let it consume you or your thoughts. Let go, get these toxic people out of your life and let God deal with them.

I believe an important aspect has been neglected here by the sheikh. An oppressed person awaits justice and Allah will not forgive the opressor unless the oppressed himself forgives the oppressor. And on the day of jugment, the oppressor will have to give away his good deeds to the ones he oppressed depending of the degree of oppression. And the oppressed will accept those deeds readily as they will be valuable and thus the oppressor will be cleared and the oppressed happy.

Its not forget but is that when you forgive them for the sake of Allah is much better for you than take his good deeds ,Allah will reward you much better than you taking revenge to them , anyway they will answer to Allah for everything they have done if you forgive them or not they will be answering for everything , so the best is to forgive them and clean your heart to go to Allah with kalbin selim , a clean heart

@@twaha1000 I want to write here a single sentence by ALLAH. ALLAH is able to forgive all of your sins except shirk. Isn't so ???? So where is the concept of forgiveness by people . As he almighty knows what's hidden inside our hearts, our prayers and tears in loneliness. Here, in In pakistan there is a tradition of begging forgiveness from relatives before going to Hajj or umraah. There are several possibilities of unavailability of a person you ask for forgiveness or a person says. No .. I'm not able to forgive you go to Hajj and waste your prayers . Forgiveness is actually KAFFAARAH. Because repetitive mistakes in Deen or dunya is not always forgiveable. ALLAH never said that I can't forgive that, that and those .... Common sense clues towards Allah's powers and RAHMAT . EACH AND EVERYTHING IS DESCRIBED IN OUR HOLLY BOOK ABOUT WHAT ALLAH DO AND WAHT HE DON'T. Regardless any firqa MASLAK , there are several questions are hidden there in QURAAN.

The concept of forgiveness of people in not found in the qur'an. Its hadith, but the Qur'an does give us a hint that we will not be wronged on the day of Judgement. So Allah will not forgive if the oppressed has not been given justice.

@@twaha1000that’s just a fake lame excuse just to comfort someone. Oppression can only be resolved by your own fight against the oppression. If you read hadiths prophet saw had to fight against Meccans not just sit back and wait for oppression to be forgiven till day of Judgement . We studied these Ghazwas from childhood. You have to fight oppression otherwise no one will do anything

Just what I need, I didn’t know forgiving someone is this hard I always thought it’s like a switch that you can just turn on easily, but now that I’ve been hurt by someone very close and dear to me , I keep telling myself not to dislike this person and whenever I try to console myself and put it pass me , it makes me feel more angry. Another issue is that the person didn’t know that they’ve hurt me by their actions and I can’t bring myself to tell them, cos I will definitely blow things up , cos I’m still angry and the last thing I want is to hurt this person with my word or approach.

It's totally natural and normal for the person who has been severely hurt, to have thought and feelings like that especially in the first stage. It's important then to go ahead and go learn about haqq al nass, justice, forgiveness etc. Lastly, I just want to remind us that repentance includes saying sorry and rectifying the wrong done to the person whenever possible. Who does not that, has no asked real forgiveness to Allah, has no repented and Allah says in Qur'an he forgives the ones who repent. So do no think that Allah can forgive who does not deserve it. Allah is just and Allah is the wali of mumininin, so also yes make sure you are a muminin, focus on that, bettering yourself, each day.

As far as I know you can take revenge but you can't cross the limit when you are taking revenge. The thing is the memory doesn't die, the people don't ever feel ashamed of what they have done, they never says sorry for their actions then why should we forgive them? Or not to take revenge? We have to forgive them though they are not sorry? Why? Please answer this. #NAK

@@user-lm1oo9hf5f yeah obviously. We can take revenge but we can't cross our limit in order to do that.... Forgiving always isn't the solution. I'm actually not sure what is intended here. Huqooq el Ibaad (rights of a person) are different - we know through hadith that on the Day of Judgment we will lose some of our good deeds to people we have harmed etc. This is from the perfect justice of Allah - that anyone who was wrongfully hurt/abused etc. will have their haqq given to them on that day. May Allah guide and forgive us all.
