Janne Rasimus Hadith was invented to distract Muslims from the real religion and create a doctrine to make Muslims slave of their imamas and their ruler. Quran is complete and no need for Chinese whisper to fabricate a book to a point people started worshiping human being.

@Sukran C brother thank you for your response. I never felt more Iman until I turned my self to the Qur'an. There is so many books of hadiths that became a distraction from the Qur'an because Iblis misguided the ummah. No one feels and understands the true message of the Quran because our hearts had been sealed and our eyes don't see and our ears do not hear the ayat of this amazing book. The mountains can not stand still if the Qur'an was to be revealed to them so how come we don't feel it? The prophet ordered his companions never to write the hadiths and asked them to burn what they had written but you never hear this from the shaykhs because they hide it from you. Search it and see for yourself. How come the four caliphats also didn't allow anyone to write hadiths? Until 200 years later bukhari started writing them down.

@Sukran C In Sahih Muslim narrated on the authority of Abu Said Al Khudri, the prophet said “Don’t write about me and anything written about me other than in the Quran should be erased” and in the Sunnan of Al Tirmidhi also on the authority of Abu Said Al Khudri “We asked the Propher permission to write and he declined” and Ahmed Ibn Hanbal in his Musnad narrated from Abu Huraira said when the Prophet heard what they were writing he became angry and said “Books other than the book of God? Praise the book of God and be faithful to it”. Abu Huraira said we gathered everything we had written in one pile and set it on fire.

@AlfataAlfaet 3 жыл бұрын
@@streetzboxa there is no abrogation in the book. This is a myth. If there was confusion in mixing hadiths with Qur'an in the beginning then how did that confusion stop before the revelation of the Qur'an was completed. What changed? This is another lie. This was an excuse to write books beside the Qur'an and divide the believers over these many hadith collections that try to compete with God's book.

Recently I have been having a few doubts regarding some issues in Islam. After watching many debates between Non-muslims and muslims some disturbing thought weakening my Imaan lingered in my head. However, coming back to the Quran made me realize how beautiful and truthful Islam is and how Quran helps us eliminate those doubts we have and helps us to acquire Yaqeen (certainty) in our faith. Quran is truly a living miracle that everybody can benefit from and Indeed Quran is a timeless book and guidance and mercy for a mankind. Praise be to Allah and his messenger. My idea was to speak to non-muslims and help myself get to teach Islam because their questions can open a wider concept and topics about things I may never learn and I have found many Christians with vast knowledge speaking things against Islam. It truly is affecting my brain and my intellect and I have a fear inbuilt in me of committing shirk. Deep down Ik this is the best religion no doubt but theirs a small part of me taking over this entire fact and is against my intellect. It's interesting that bukari was seventeen or so when his mother took him to travel in pursuit of narrations.He was born 194 A.H so this would make it approximately two hundred and twenty one or so years later to establish the "Sahih' hadith.The others such as Muslim came even later. Wouldn't God had mentioned it rather then to say he completed the religion or he has fully detailed everything.Perhaps God forgot to tell us that there would be someone in the future to come and explain what God "MEANT".God also mentions that we would see many contradictions in their narrations.Perhaps that's why there are so many mathabs each claiming being the rightly guided.

@@bilalamarumosi8282 it is difficult to tell which Hadith are historically accurate. Some have multiple iterations from varied sources which are identical. The ulema consider the fact that they spend 9 years memorizing them while at the same time being brainwashed that certain positions are better than others. This is what they call Hadith science, it's a made up innovation that has no place in jurisprudence. Hadith can and should be used only for inspiration, historical interest, motivation. There are hints at worship but never direct commandments, or instruction manuals. If The Prophet of Allah wanted us to have a manual, be would have sat down and dictated it accurately, with direct instructions. This did not happen, he warned us and guided us towards oneness of Allah and superiority of the Quran over all other books. No peripheral documents were ever needed for hundreds of years. The Hadith were forbidden as a matter of fact. But to think that Muslims with firm conservative conviction and connection to hadith's would just let them go immediately is ridiculous. There would be mass revolt. Ulema need hadith's prove their and their fathers and forefathers schools of thoughts, their whole economy depends on ahadith, too much pride. It will never happen. A mufti literally told me he doesn't care about a ruling that the Quran and Hadith prove wrong, because his school of thought (deiband) has their own unproven view, and he doesn't need to show me proof.

@scyonix
@scyonix 4 жыл бұрын
@Rafael 1. The verses you gave from the Quran , about the people of Fire , these are the verses that explain the viewpoint of the jews and christians. They used to say that we will do sin and in its recompense we will only be in Hell for a while. After that we will be in heaven. To refute this idea of theirs , Allah sent this verse. Also , only the Kuffar will remain in Hell fire forver. 2. For the shahadah before death and going to paradise , it is only for Muslims. I repeat , only for Muslims. Those who belived in Allah , His messengers , His books , His angels etc. Only for Muslims. Now , was Pharaoh a Muslim? No , he was not. He was a disbiliver , he claimed to be God , used to kill babies etc. When he was about to die , that was when he realised everything that he was doing was wrong. But it was too late for him. That is why he is not going to go to heaven. He will be punished by Allah. There are no contradictions , no offense but only your limited knowlege of Islam , Quran and ahadis.

All the hadith we have now is a very good source for us to understand that era as a historical information. But we don't have to take them as a source of islam. Please consider this verse 43. Movefasta Bro lol so tell me how do you know how to pray? How do you know whether isha is 4 and not 1? How do you know how to pay zakah or about ritual bathing (ghusl). For the record that verse that you so happened to pluck out, it’s actually not talking about what yall think, but you’d have to study Arabic to understand what I’m talking about. Not modern colloquial Arabic but fus-ha (Classical Arabic) as the same words mean different things dependent on the context. So first and foremost study the Quran and read it’s proper explanations (science of tafsir) and study them, not take translations off an app or google, and then actually study the science of Hadith. You’ll be amazed at how much of your religion is actually based off of ahadith as allah told us to follow the sunnah of the prophet. The Quran doesn’t go into detail in much like how do we know the prophets wives names etc. So my advice to all of you brothers n sisters is to actually study the sciences of the Quran and ahaadith and your queries will be answered

It is very confusing! Quranists say they believe only in the Quran but reject all Hadiths. Well, how do you Quranists know, accept, believe that the Quran is from Allah? Who received the wahi (revelation) from Allah, then recited to companions and scribes written down - we got today's Quran. Angel Jebreel did not come to Quranists to reveal the Quran. So, Prophet Mohammad sa declared the Quran as God's revelation - you Quranists believe that but at the time you Quranists deny the sayings, works, advice, explanation of Quran by Prophet Muhammad sa. It is utter nonsense, illogical, ridiculous, self contradictory. Either you believe both the Quran and Saheeh Hadiths or don't believe both. There is no in-between, no middle way, believing in part, not believing in part. This is new fitna.

It's not that people don't want to obey the Prophet, they just don't want to obey the books where every saying of the Prophet is "hearsay". If the Prophet talked to me face to face, I would obey him, but I just can't trust the books that were transmitted through tens of people. How many times do you think they would have changed the words or meaning? If Quran was transmitted the same way then you would see multiple versions of surahs, but that's not the case.

I grew up listening to Hadiths, I would be left at the mosque as a kid on weekends and all we did was memorize it in Arabic never once being taught to understand what I am memorizing. I finally read it 4 years ago and every Hadith i heard growing up is not mentioned in Quran. I discovered the truth and that scholars use and interpret Quran by using hadiths. You don’t need a scholar to guide you, there is no compulsion in religion. Our messengers first word first verse he heard was, “READ, IN THE NAME OF YOUR LORD...” Allah is talking to YOU. Where do U see the word Shia Salafi or any of these sects of islam in the Quran. I don’t idolize Muhammad and I don’t follow what I hear or Hadiths that were written 300 years later after Muhammad and claim as the word of. God that is blasphemy And I don’t need a hadith to tell me how to bow down to my Creator and recite the words of Quran, people have been praying since the beginning of time. Keep believing your own lies. Keep assuming that Hadiths are true just cuz they tell you keep following what your parents follow and what you hear keep avoiding the Quran that’s all you do watch these videos and go tell someone what Islam is instead of reading Quran and applying it in your life

I agree with this wholeheartidly. All of my questions were answered as they were raised in my mind, and i do believe this is a very difficult subject to talk about in a way such that people understand, but yet again you did it in an honestly awesomely manner. I can't even express it, it's just that good. One thing I have to stress of which you also said yourself, believing and following the character of the Prophet SAW is paramount to being a muslim, but followng hadiths blindly or applying them wrongly into situations by painting broad strokes or misunderstanding the moral behind the hadiths is in a sense only slightly less bad as disregarding them altogether. Also, there are writings that portray themselves as genuine hadiths, genuine accounts of the Prophet's character SAW, yet have been revealed to be very likely lies and/or conjectures. That's when we have to be critical as muslims too, and try to avert ourselves from putting into practice things which the Quran (and Islam) doesn't promote. The distinciton is this: If I know or have a strong indication that something genuinely comes from or is an account about the Prophet SAW and his character, that's when I abide by it wholeheartidly as a muslim, as Allah SWT himself described him, and he has been witnessed, as being the embodiment of the teachings of the Quran. Basically, a muslim wouldn't disagree with the Prophet SAW in his teachings and doings, given that they're from him. If I f.ex. stood in front of the Prophet SAW and he would tell me to do something, I would abide by it the same way I would abide by the things that are written in the Quran.

***** I agree with your sentiment. If a hadith doesn't make sense to me and, more importantly, if I find it to be from a bad source, I'll discard it. However I won't rule all of the hadiths out necassarily, source criticism is key and using common sense, thinking as the Quran bids us to do, is th key to have a balanced understanding with or without hadith. You're right though, I have to be wary of bad hadith that can constrict my understanding of the breadth of wonder that is Islam.

Mashallah wonderful lecture by brother Nouman, I think some people misunderstand things he is saying not once did he say the Quran is not complete in fact he said it is again and again but what is clear is that it was given to us as the theoretical complete way of life for a Muslim with the Prophet saw as the living example of how to live according to the Quran and Islam, therefore the Hadiths are a significant contribution to the Islamic way of life as they tell us and remind us of how the Prophet saw lived and what his advise and decisions were. Apart from this don't forget Allah swt instructs us to gain knowledge and use our own intellect therefore there shouldn't actually be any argument we have minds of our to decide what is right or wrong and as far as authenticity is concerned a believer would collect all the evidence and follow what is firstly right according to the Quran and secondly reinforced by the Prophet saw and lastly the feeling in their own heart, therefore trust in Allah swt and all he has given us should never lead us astray. We should appreciate the time lecturers like brother Nouman take out from their lives to guide us and help to protect and preserve the Umah and future for our children. They share what knowledge they have rather than sitting in silence and doing nothing. Alhamdulilah thank you brother.

Kindly bear patience to read the whole message inshaAllah. Upon learning the Quran and learning from people with knowledge of the Arabic language, I have come across only 3 prayers mentioned by name in the whole Quran. They are: 1- Salat Al-Fajr (Dawn Prayer)24:58 2- Salat Al-Isha (Night Prayer)24:58 3- Al-Salat Al-Wusta (The Middle Prayer) 2:238. We don't see salat al-dhuhr, or salat al-asr or salat al-maghrib mentioned in the Quran. Salat Al-Dhuhr is actually Salat Al-Wusta (The middle prayer) where there prayer begins when the sun starts to decline from its highest point (at noon), and 2 falsely added salat practiced by people are Asr and Maghrib. The question is: If the prescribed prayers are indeed five per day, why does the Quran have only three named salat? The following explanations and their merits are put forward: 1- The names of the other salat are not in the Quran because the Quran does not contain all the details. This is a false claim because God tells us in the Quran, 6:114, "Then is it other than Allah I should seek as judge while it is He who has revealed to you the Book explained in detail?" & 17:12, “And everything we have explained in detail” & 41:44, “And if We had made it a non-Arabic Qur'an, they would have said, "Why are its verses not explained in detail?” & 6:38, “We have not neglected anything in the book” 2- God forgot to mention the other two names of salat! This option is also false, God does not forget: 20:52, "The knowledge thereof is with my Lord in a record. My Lord never errs, nor does He forget." 3- God did not mention the names of the other 2 prayers because God wants us to guess them! Once again this is false. The Quran is unambiguous and is not a book of puzzles: 12:1, "Alif.Lam.Raa. These are the signs of the clear book" 4- God does not mention the names of the other 2 salat because God they can be found in the hadith. This is a false claim since we are commanded not to uphold any source of law other than the Quran (6:114, 7:3 and 5:48). We are also commanded specifically not to believe any hadith other than the Quran: 45:6, “These are God's revelations which we recite to you truthfully. In which Hadith other than God and His revelations do they believe?” The fact that God (The All-Wise) used the words “in which hadith” is very significant. In Islam we don’t judge according to what we assume or what the majority follows. We judge according to what Allah has revealed. Even by obeying prophet Muhammad as Allah has decreed in 47:33, “O you who have believed, obey Allah and obey the Messenger and do not invalidate your deeds”, remember that prophet Muhammad has said in the Quran 10:15 and 46:9, “I only follow that which is revealed to me”. The sunnah of sahih bukhari and sahih muslim, even from how they read from the way they are structured, they are not from what Allah has revealed. “Someone said that they heard from someone else who heard from someone else that prophet Muhammad said……”………Really?.......How do you prove that what the people along that chain said is true without giving witnesses as proof? 24:13, “Why did they [who slandered] not produce for it four witnesses? And when they do not produce the witnesses, then it is they, in the sight of Allah , who are the liars.” Anything which contradicts the words of Allah in the Quran is not part of Islam. In hadith we’re told to kill the apostates, whereas in the Quran, Allah has revealed that there is no compulsion in religion in 2:256. Do you take hadith over the Quran? No, a Muslim does not do that. A Muslims only guide to live by Islam is the Quran from Allah. 6- God does not mention the names of all the salat since they came to us through inherited rituals, and because God wants us to follow what we inherited from our parents even if it is not found in the Quran! Once again a claim that violates the Quran. 2:170, “And when it is said to them, "Follow what Allah has revealed," they say, "Rather, we will follow that which we found our fathers doing." Even though their fathers understood nothing, nor were they guided” 7- God does not mention the names of the other 2 prayers because He did not reveal to us those two other prayers in the Quran. For positive change, we should start by engaging in peaceful talks about such matters and to not let ourselves be deceived into thinking that 'we can't have been wrong all this time, not with the over 1.5 billion Muslims in the world'. That is a wrong mentality for a Muslim, and we don't want to neglect centuries of doing a mistake to affect us eternally in the next life, so let us act to help change the situation now. Let us begin with sharing the word through Islamic events and even on social media and let us not allow for people to be shut off from voicing out such matters. Allowing them to voice out such matters helps us to process the information and identify where we have gone wrong so that we can then act to improve ourselves. I pray that Allah makes it easy for all of us and that He grants us all goodness in this life and in the next life, and are saved from the hellfire.

Salam alaikum, I found some good examples and I'm thankful for them. I also found some errors and would like to highlight them to make them right. Let me explain: 2:00 Ashab said sentences like this "Is that you saying it or is that Qur'an?" to prophet for example in Ghazwatul Badr a Sahaba (Hubbab bin Munzir) suggested to prophet to encamp to somewhere else after he asked to prophet this question. This Sahaba fought by Prophet Muhammed (saw). He wasn't a munafiq. He thought Prophet's decision of encampment was mistaken if that decision was belong to Prophet himself. So he asked to prophet "Is this your decision or a divine revelation?". Prophet said that it is his decision then this Sahaba suggested to encamp somewhere else then Prophet listened this Sahaba's decision and encamped as he suggested. 2:28 in Surah an-Nisa ayat 150 Nouman Ali Khan make a few mistakes. First he reads the ayat wrong. He says "يُفَرِّقُوا بَيْنَ اللّٰهِ وَراسوليه" (Yufarriqune beyne Allahi ve Rasulihi) but ayat is not like he read instead Allah says "يُفَرِّقُوا بَيْنَ اللّٰهِ وَرُسُلِه۪" (Yufarriqune beyne Allahi ve rusulihi). Nouman Ali Khan claims that Allah forbids to separate between Allah and Muhammad (saw) but in the ayat Allah forbids to accept some of his messengers and refuse some of them and separate some of prophets from Allah. Allah says (rusulihi) which is plural of prophet but Nouman Ali Khan says (Rasulihi) which means Prophet of Allah and Nouman says this is prophet Muhammad (saw) but he changed this ayat, Subhanallah! May Allah forgive him. And this ayat is not about accepting prophet Muhammed's (saw) hadiths this ayat is about accepting some of prophets and refusing some of other prophets. 3:54 Nouman Ali Khan mention Surah an-Nisa, ayat 65 and then he says "They have no faith. We haven't been told who these people are, yet." but he cut this ayat from context of a group of ayats, so if we start to read from ayat 59 we would see that some people say that they believe to Muhammad (saw) and then they obey to other authorities whom commands things opposite of Qur'an and these people come to prophet and say "We wanted good only." but bad things happened to them because they didn't obeyed to Allah but obeyed to other authorities. After all these context Allah says "They have to take you as an authority and obey you without doubt or they have no faith." In ayat 59 Allah commands muslims to obey to Allah, his Prophet and legal authorities who doesn't contradict with Allah. In the time of Muhammad (saw) the legal authority was Muhammed (saw) but now, in our time he passed away and we can not follow Muhammad (saw) as a living authority but we can follow legal authorities among us as mentioned in ayat 59. So ayat 65 was about that specific time of prophet Muhammad (saw) and that specific people who disobeyed to Allah and his prophet and legal authorities whom obeyed to illegal authorities. Ayat 65 doesn't command us to follow Hadiths. This ayat mentions about these specific people in those times not all people in all times. 9:14 He mentions Surah al-Qalem, ayat 4 and he tries to show this ayat as Prophet Muhammad's (saw) proof of his prophesying. But if you read the ayat before you will see that Allah says Muhammad (saw) will gain endless rewards because of his good character. And Allah doesn't say anything about Muhammad's (saw) character to prove his prophesying. So Allah doesn't say character of the Muhammad (saw) is the proof of the Qur'an. 11:55 He says ashab can't separate Qur'an and words of Muhammad (saw) then 4 minutes later he says 16:00 he says Muhammad's (saw) speech pattern was different than Qur'an. People would separate Qur'an and words of Muhammad (saw). He contradict with himself. 17:53 He says Qur'an and Sunnah narrated from the same people. But the difference is when enemies of Islam tried to add ayats to Qur'an they have failed because of Allah's protection but when enemies of Islam or even some Muslims tried to add sentences to Hadiths they have managed to do that. We can find a lot of contradictions between hadiths in the same book or between other hadith books. Qur'an has been memorized by a lot of companions but hadiths weren't memorized like Qur'an. You can't compare these two as equals. Qur'an was recited to everyone but some hadiths were only for some specific companions. Thank you for your time. All mistakes I've made are because of my imperfection and all correct things are from wisdom of Allah. May Allah forgive me and all of us inshallah.

I personally have a problem with inconsistencies. I view The Quran as the book of Law. In law, you always refer back to the constitution when a by-law contradicts with it or says something that is not of the intention of the constitution. Lets not forget, by-laws are created by those who want to impose their own laws or add laws for their own purposes. When an inconsistency occurs between the two, the constitution prevails.

This is actually a principle within Islam. If a hadith contradicts the Quran, then the hadith is rejected. But that doesn't mean we don't take the authentic hadith that agree with/and elaborate verses of the Quran. Both are extremely important. The Quran is more important, but the latter is also extremely important.

really pleased to see people on here also question the validity of Hadith. The really odd thing is this: If hadith were meant to be followed why was there not any compiled before Bukhari gathered his? - Some (if not the majority) of hadith are absolutely laughable and so contradictory to the Quranic verses that it's blasphemous. - In hadith itself it is claimed that Abu Hurairah (one of the main contributors to Bukhari) shared false hadith and was reprimanded by Aisha. Also, that he had a profound fondness for female cats and detested the feminine nickname that the Prophet saw (apparently) gave him. He also allegedly got into various bitter spats with Aisha r'a. Conseuqently, surprise surprise the most mysoginistic hadith were narrated by Abu Huraira. And a really weird one where he allegedly claimed that cats were higher in status to women. He was also apparently a former jew. It is possible (no disrespect to any of the Prophets companions) that Abu Huraira could have been of the hypocrites and narrated these hadith to defile Islam. Or that other people did on his behalf. He was also I believe a former jew and spent only two years of his company with the Prophet saw. Yet his narrations are considered absolutely Sahih. One of the hadith narrated by AH was that woman came from the rib of a man. This is widely narrated by hadith-mongers but the Quran clearly states that man and woman came from one soul. The former is a biblical belief found in genesis. Yet so many people believe it.

The source of the so called sunnah you're referring to is the hadith literature which was compiled, 200+ years after the death of Prophet Muhammad, by persian scholars (not the companions of the Prophet). In all hadiths, it's the various personalities telling you that someone has probably heard Prophet Muhammad saying such and such, whereas in the Quran it's the direct word of Allah. You can't compare the two at all. If they hadn't compiled the hadith literature, what sunnah would have been left to follow? Would you have still considered the Quran to be an insufficient source of guidance?

Assalamu Alaykum, Jazaakah Allahu Ghayran for the understanding. The confusion often ensues as most of the Imaams here in Cape Town South Africa delivering the lectures attribute the understanding and the beauty of Islam, to the behavior and character of the Saghaaba taken from The books of Hadith. So much energy and effort is spent on studying and disseminating Hadith without the full study and understanding of the Holy Quran. Not enough effort is made to take the narrations of the Hadith to contextual the understanding of the Quran. Often the Saghaaba is lauded more than our beloved Prophet Muhammad Sallalaahu Alayhi Wa Salam and the Quran is not referenced as the ultimate example.

So often they quote hadith first before Quran. Like the one regarding slaughter of animals they will read the hadith first Sayedatuna Aisha (Radi Allahu anhu) narrates that Rasool Allah said, "There is no dearer deed of Ibne Adam in the days of Qurbani than flowing the blood (doing Qurbani) and that animal will come with his horns, hairs, and hooves on the day of Qayamt. Thee blood of the Qurbani reaches the stage of acceptance before it reaches the floor. and only later the verse Al-Hajj: Verse 36 لَنْ يَنَالَ اللَّهَ لُحُومُهَا وَلَا دِمَاؤُهَا وَلَٰكِنْ يَنَالُهُ التَّقْوَىٰ مِنْكُمْ ۚ كَذَٰلِكَ سَخَّرَهَا لَكُمْ لِتُكَبِّرُوا اللَّهَ عَلَىٰ مَا هَدَاكُمْ ۗ وَبَشِّرِ الْمُحْسِنِينَ (36) Their flesh reaches not Allah nor their blood: but it is Righteousness from you that reaches Him. Thus He has subjected them to you, that you may magnify Allah for He has guided you; and bear you glad tidings unto the welldoers. The imams don't see contradictions in the two but keep on repeating the sermon week after week year after year.

11:114 In the previous verse, we find that the number of prayers is two 17:78-79 In the previous verse, we also find two prayers and an extra prayer at night 24:58 In the previous verse, we also find two prayers, which are the Fajr prayer and the Ishaa prayer 73:20 And in the previous verse, we find the night prayer in Allah’s saying, “...so recite of the Qur’an what is possible to you...” 24:36 In the previous verse, it becomes clear that there are two times The morning and evening ( Fajr & Ishaa )when the name of Allah is glorified in mosques. All these verses coincide in the number of prayers, and they are two prayers at the two ends of the day and one that takes place at night time. The time of the prayer is estimated by periods and not as they Presented it to us by “number of rak'ahs”...... Fajr prayer begins when the white thread is distinguished from the black thread of night and ends when the sun rests hovering on the horizon, Approximately fifteen minutes after sunrise, and we know this by the beginning of the second end of the day it’s a reciprocal relation so when the sun rests on the horizon before setting, it’s the beginning of the second end of day prayer. Notice that these are the two times that God Almighty mentioned in his saying: 16:48 And also in his saying: 13:15 Notice on these two examples Allah is clearly defining to us the two times of day the beginning and the end when the shadow stretches and prostrate. And the Ishaa prayer begins at the time when the sun Is hovering on the horizon approximately 15 minutes before sunset and ends approximately 25 minutes after sunset and before nightfall. The evidence that this is the time for the Ishaa prayer you can find here :38:31-32 in that verse it’s distinctly clear to us that the horses were being displayed to Solomon in the Ishaa time, and Solomon said after this display “I have a love for horses that made me forget my Lord’s remembrance till the sun hid behind its veil” we can infer from that verse that the sun was above the horizon at the time of Ishaa. Notice that the name of Isha indicates its time. Ishaa is a name for the verb ya’sho ( يعش ) Which you can find in this verse” Whoso willfully turns away( ya’sho ) from the remembrance of the Gracious, we appoint a demon who will be his intimate companion”43:36 so what is taking place at that particular time is a verb that Signify something is moving away at the time of Ishaa... and there is nothing at night to move away it only rings true when paired with this verse 17:78 and every verse that mention prayer in the Qur’an. At the night prayer you choose your own time to pray in and The duration most suitable for you, and is performed at any time of the night and to the extent that you are able to prolong it: “...so recite of it ( the Qur’an ) what is possible for you...” The evidence that prayer is estimated by periods is in the beginning of Surat Al-Muzammil, and also in the Allah’s saying “peform the prayer at the setting of the sun until the first darkness of night and the recitation of dawn” and also in his saying “...when you set out on an expedition in the land, no blame attache to you if you shorten your prayer...” And the word 'shorten' suits the time and not the number of rak'ahs. how to pray ? Allah has explaine to us in this clear scene, he said: "and what of one who spends the night prostrating and standing upright in devotion, fearing the hereafter and hoping for his Lord’s mercy” When the time for prayer begins, you face al-qiblah and say: ( i seek refuge in Allah against satan, ever to be stoned ) 16:98 Then you say ( in the name of Allah, Merciful to all, compassionate to each ) 96:1 .... then you read the Qur’an because Allah said to moses “...establish the prayer for my remembrance” ( and we all know that remembrance means the Qur’an.... and further more Allah described the dawn prayer as the recitation of dawn 17:78 and after that you prostrate and praise & glorify Allah "the only ones who believe in Our Revelations are those whom when reminded of them they fall prostrating and they glorify the praise of their Lord, and they are not too proud to do so” and praise Him from the the Qur’an like reciting Alfatiha and the Chair verse and Surra 112 and many many more then return to the position of standing upright and repeat the process all over again until the time for the prayer ends. Of course you kneel inbetween standing upright and prostrating. and the evidence for Ruk’uo is in this verse: “... then David guessed that we had put him to the test. So he sought his Lord’s forgiveness, and fell upon his knees (Ruk’uo) and repented.”

45:6) These are Allah's verses that We narrate to you in Truth. In what kind of discourse after Allah and His verses will they, then, believe? answer the question The Qur’an is a book revealed by God that does not resemble hadiths at all. Nobody can come up with the Qur’an, as for hadiths, they can Wasn't it sufficient for them? We sent down the book to you, and it would be recited to them? Answer this question also if you can 14:1 “Alif, Lam, Ra. [This is] the Book which We have revealed to you, [O Muhammad], that you might bring mankind out of darknesses into the light by permission of their Lord - to the path of the Exalted in Might, the Praiseworthy “- Ponder and reflect on the verse ... the verse is clear and crystal clear ... and it means that the exit of people from darkness to light and then to the straight path is exclusively by the book. ... and people leaving the darkness to the light and then to the straight path is the highest goal, so if the servant attains that, what is our need for the prophetic Sunnah? Fear Allah and Allah will teach you Is piety a scientific certificate or is it attained from Allah alone? Answer if you can I do not attack you, but I bemoan you association the Sunnah with the Book and I invite you to the religion of Abraham, to be honest, and he was not among the polytheists If I tell you that prayer, zakat and all acts of worship are present in the Qur’an, then what is our need for the Sunnah?! ..... Do not be from those whom God said: (42:21) “Do they have any associates (of Allah) who have laid down for them a way pertaining to faith which Allah did not sanction?” Do not associate with God unless God has revealed authority, And do not answer me with a idiotic answer, such as those who say: Obey God and obey the Messenger, evidence of the existence of the Prophet’s Sunnah. This is a vague answer and the Qur’an is clear and not vague. Sincerely review yourself, you will find the right path with the help of ALLAH what you need in order to establish prayer is three things : 1) positions and we can get that from the Qur’an that is: standing kneeling ( yes Rokoo3 means kneeling )and prostrating 2) what to say during a prayer is you read the Qur’an while standing and you praise the Lord while prostrating and you call on God to answer your prayers while kneeling and all of these things you take from the Qur’an for example for praising the Lord you can recite the Chair verse or Alfatiha or qul huwa Allah Ahad and many many more it’s all in the book 3) the time for the prayer we have two defined times which are the dawn and Alishaa which Allah called them also the two ends of day and in those times you pray the whole dawn and the whole of ishaa so each one of them is about fifty minutes and you have a prayer at night time which you can choose your appropriate time to pray in and The duration most suitable for you. Brother Nouman, The Quranic argument is actually taken out of context. If we go back to ayah 60 we read: أَلَمْ تَرَ إِلَى الَّذِينَ يَزْعُمُونَ أَنَّهُمْ آمَنُوا بِمَا أُنزِلَ إِلَيْكَ وَمَا أُنزِلَ مِن قَبْلِكَ يُرِيدُونَ أَن يَتَحَاكَمُوا إِلَى الطَّاغُوتِ وَقَدْ أُمِرُوا أَن يَكْفُرُوا بِهِ Have you not seen those who claim to have believed in what was revealed to you, [O Muhammad], and what was revealed before you? They wish to refer legislation to Taghut, while they were commanded to reject it Here the verb يَتَحَاكَمُوا is used in this context حَتَّىٰ يُحَكِّمُوكَ فِيمَا شَجَرَ بَيْنَهُمْ is an address not to all believers ( who obey the Allah SWT and his Prophet SAW ) but to those that were taking legislation from taghut. Note: hadith is affirmed by the Quran. Hadith can never interpret or limit the understanding of the Quran which is perfect.

The words in 4:65 are addressed to prophet Muhammad. These words have been misinterpreted to claim 3 matters: 1- That the prophet of God is a lawmaker besides God whose law must be obeyed. 2- Since the source of any laws authroised by the prophet are found in the hadith, then the words in 4:65 compel all believers to follow the hadith as a second source of law besides the Quran. Ultimately, those who do not accept and follow the hadith are in breach of the instructions in 4:65.3- The promoters of this line of thought also claim that the words "they are not believers" mean that those who do not accept the hadith as a source of law are in fact disbelievers. Before analysing the words in 4:65 it is necessary to be reminded of the definition given by God for a believer. The definition is given in 2:285: The messenger has believed in what was brought down to him from his Lord, and so did the believers. They all , His , His and His : "We do not distinguish between any of His messengers", and they said, "We hear and we obey. Forgive us, our Lord. To You is the ultimate destination." 2:285 A believer is the one who believes in God, the angels, the Scriptures and the messengers of God. Nowhere in the Quran is the belief in hadith a requirement for being a believer. In fact, the Quran prohibits the acceptance of any hadith other than the Quran which is described as the best hadith: These are God's revelations (Quran) that We recite to you with truth, so 45:6 God has brought down ; a Book containing similarities and pairs. 39:23 ? 7:185 So ? 77:50 Now we need to look at the words in 4:65 closely: The words "until they make you judge" clearly indicate that the instructions in 4:65 applied to the time of the prophet and not today, for how can we expect a dead man to judge our ? Let us say two men disputed among themselves with regards to some conditions or terms of a joint business arrangement, how can they go to the grave of the prophet to ask him to arbitrate between them? The message we derive from 4:65 is that the believers who lived at the time of the prophet were instructed to place their trust in the prophet to judge among them . The words continue to instruct the believers to accept the verdict of the prophet wholeheartedly. Their faith in his verdict is a reflection of their belief in him as the messenger of God. Most importantly, to fully understand the message in 4:65, we need to know how the prophet of God judged between the poeple. The Quran gives us the exact method by which God instructed prophet Muhammad to use to judge between his people: We brought down to you (O Muhammad) the Book with the truth in accordance with what God has shown you, and do not be an advocate for the betrayers. 4:105 The words in 4:105 confirm the clear instruction given to prophet Muhammad. He was commanded by God to that was brought down to him to judge between the people. The same command to use the Quran to judge between the people is repeated in Sura 5: And with truth, confirming what came before it of the Scripture and superseding it. , and do not follow their personal desires in place of what has come to you of the truth. 5:48 For the importance of this command, it is immediately repeated in the verse that follows: And . 5:49 In fact, using God's Book to judge between the people was the method God prescribed to and not just prophet Muhammad: The people used to be one nation, then God sent as bearers of news and as warners, and . 2:213 The above words define the exact method prophet Muhammad used to judge among his people in their differences. He used the Book of God as his sole guidance, just like God commanded him, to judge people's disputes. It follows that to know the Quran is to know how prophet Muhammad judged. To claim that we need the verdict of stories written more than 200 years after the prophet died (hadith), when it is clear that prophet Muhammad used the Quran as his sole guidance is not only unjustified, but is totally misleading.

As for those who harbour deviation in their hearts, they pursue the multiple-meaning verses seeking to cause discord and seeking to interpret it. 3:7 In 3:7 we read that the Quran contains two types of verses. The first type of verses are the clear-cut verses (muhkamaat). As long as no foreign words are added to the interpretations of the clear-cut verses, they support only one clear meaning. The clear-cut verses are all the law-giving Quranic verses in the Quran. We will be held accountable to obeying the law in such verses, and so God would not phrase such verses in any uncertain manner. The second type of verses are the verses which can support more than one meaning (mutashabihaat). There are a number of reasons as to why God placed such multiple-meaning verses in the Book. The reason that concerns us in this specific research is that in such verses, God instilled a test for the people. Will they adhere to the meaning that conforms to the message of the Quran, and which is derived from Quranic evidence, and which is in harmony with other Quranic verses? Or will they seek a manipulated meaning that serves the non-Quranic ideologies of the reader? We should remember at this point that God informed us that He guides some people with the Quran and at the same time, God misguides some people, also with the Quran: As for those who believe, they know that it (Quran) is the truth from their Lord. As for those who disbelieve, they say, "What did God intend with that example?" He misguides many with it (Quran), and guides many with it (Quran), but He does not misguide with it except the wicked. 2:26 In the majority of cases, the mis-interpretations were a result of the scholar's attempt to uphold non-Quranic sources (hadith, culture, innovations, etc) which are not in harmony with the Quranic verdict in those verses.

Salam, I actually really disagree with this interpretation. In fact, here are direct quotes from the Quran which I believe directly disavow the validity of any “hadith” coming after it. أَفَغَيْرَ اللَّهِ أَبْتَغِي حَكَمًا وَهُوَ الَّذِي أَنزَلَ إِلَيْكُمُ الْكِتَابَ مُفَصَّلًا Then is it other than Allah I should seek as judge while it is He who has revealed to you the Book explained in detail? … These are the verses of Allah which We recite to you in truth. Then in what statement (hadith) after Allah and His verses will they believe? (45:6) فَبِأَيِّ حَدِيثٍ بَعْدَهُ يُؤْمِنُونَ Then in what statement after it (the Qur’an) will they believe? What is [the matter] with you? How do you judge? Or do you have a book / scripture in which you learn that indeed for you in it is whatever you choose? (68:36-38) اللَّهُ نَزَّلَ أَحْسَنَ الْحَدِيثِ كِتَابًا مُّتَشَابِهًا مَّثَانِيَ … Allah has sent down the best statement (ahsan hadith): a consistent Book wherein is reiteration. … And the word of your Lord has been fulfilled / completed in truth and in justice. None can alter His words, and He is the Hearing, the Knowing. And there is no creature on [or within] the earth or bird that flies with its wings except [that they are] communities like you. We have not neglected in the Book (Quran) a thing. Then unto their Lord they will be gathered. (6:38) … وَمَن لَّمْ يَحْكُم بِمَا أَنزَلَ اللَّهُ فَأُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْكَافِرُونَ … And whoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed - then it is they who are the disbelievers (kafirun). (5:44 part) To imply that we need the hadith to understand the Quran is to imply that the Quran itself is either incomplete, imperfect, or requiring further supplementation, which is the most anti-muslim sentiment one can have. It is clear that the Quran contains everything within it for one to be a Muslim, and to obtain the blessing of Allah in this life and in the next. The simple fact that there are “weak hadith” and “strong hadith” should be evidence enough that the entire concept is weak. There are no “weak” Surah or Ayah in the Quran. The Quran is completely strong. By dogmatically adhering to the hadith and claiming it as a holy text with religious authority, we are falling into the same traps that the pre-islamic religions fell into, such as idol worship, or intentionally disregarding the true message of God. For this reason, the prophet Mohammed (pbuh) was given the message of God, to give the people the uncorrupted truth. Anything after his revelations is deviating from this. If Allah, who is all wise, all knowing, and all powerful, had wanted us to do any of the things instructed in the hadith, he would have revealed them to the prophet and it would be in the Quran. The Quran is PERFECT and complete, and to suggest anything other than that by implying that hadith is necessary to understand the Quran or to be a Muslim, is actually a very anti-islamic sentiment, and goes directly against what is given to us in the Quran. This is just my humble opinion that I have reached after reading the Quran.

@Irfan Alddin my dear friend the science of hadiths is quite complicated but in a simpler form it's the study of isnad. We look at the chain of transmitters and by that we understand whether a hadiths is fabricated or not. All most all the hadiths credibility depends upon the transmitters. If the transmitters are well known among our ummah to be among pious people along with being the people who studied under the companions and thier offsprings then they are credible if not then they aren't. Once the credibility of the person in the chain is determined the content is also of one the very important factor for hadiths bring true or not. After a detailed study on all these factors hadiths are given their ranks. Hope you understand that

If you reject Hadith you might as well reject the Quran because they were transmitted similarly through a chain (isnad) On top of that, the Quran was revealed in different Riwaya so by that logic will you accept Hafs/Asim only? & reject the other Qira’at like Warsh & Nafi? The Quran is a form of a Mutawatir Hadith. Unanimously all of the Ulema of the past have memorized the Quran which is why it is Mutawatir or agreed upon by everyone. Hadith of the other hand is far more extensive than the Quran, there are literally millions of aHadith and the scholars had to travel from different lands just to memorize them and pass them on. Not every scholar memorized every Hadith due to how plentiful they were. You have the 6 main books of Hadith with each one having volumes upon volumes. But they were recorded and transmitted through a chain and within these isnads or chains we can figure out the authenticity of it. Just watch a basic video explaining Hadith science & you’ll truly see how much precision the isnads have. Don’t speak without knowledge you Jahil. There is no contradiction between Quran or Hadith

Also I just realized and I might be wrong, may Allah forgive me. Memorising things or statements would be a norm, since not many people could read or write. Once the brain effort got substituted with books and calculators, we stopped forcing our brains to do extra work of memorising or calculating. So it makes more sense, that people's memory and brain power to do that, was much higher, and it is not easy to comprehend from the current point of view.
