What a phenomenal gig. Pure talent all over the stage. BB is on fire and clearly loving it. His trumpet player on the end steals the show sometimes with his sheer enthusiasm. Superb❤

He used heavy strings but he said in an interview that when he was coming up the strings weren’t light like they are now and that his fingers had gotten strong and used to the heavy strings

@Bigflanks you guy's are both correct. Way back in his younger days, B.B indeed said he played heavy strings as that was all that was available at the time. Later in his life , B.B famously asked Billy Gibbons why he's working so hard with such heavy strings; which is what prompted Billy's now well known preference for ultra thin gauge strings.
