Wowwwwww,the British reporter must have been giving clear instructions to attack and discredit the guests on the program,well, the Iranian guest was polite,articulate,knowledgable and well informed, so much so that the host of the show appeared to be arrogant,rude and shallow. This interview showed that by the virtue of being “British” or Western doesn’t protect one from being exposed as being ignorant,and biased.

We disagree and have disagreed with Iran on many many issues, but we’ve come to the realization that Iran is not the problem of our world and our ummah in particular and I am saying this as someone whose name alone might elicit a very strong dislike and possibly hate by certain religious groups in Iran. America and its proxy militias in the Middle East, the western backed apartheid regime of Israel is the one currently occupying Israel and is accused of genocide, so the professor is right that the presenter was trying to distort and distract from the main issue : the slaughter of at least 11 thousand children in Gaza in less than 3 months and the destruction of the entirety of that country enclave. The most brutal and violent civilization humanity has known is the western one and they still have weapons that could destroy the entire world as we know it…but thank God that they haven’t used it since WW2, maybe it’s a miracle from Fod that they haven’t and not because they are responsible actors.

I really wanted to watch this interview but halfway through I had to stop because the interviewers is rude, bias, unprepared and jumps from one question to another showing the world how unprofessional he is. I cannot bring myself to listen to him one more minute.

Professor Marandi is a brilliant, calm debater who knows what he's talking about. He remains unruffled and perfectly rational during this somewhat hostile interview. His main point is the horrific suffering, the genocide, of the poor people of Gaza perpetrated by Israel backed up by the USA. He points out where the real evil lies. We can see the unspeakable war crimes committed by Israel in Gaza and its theft of Palestinian land. Its crimes in the West Bank are completely horrific and obscene. The US, Britain and Germany give unconditional support to Israel and the sadistic warmonger Netanyahu. Why is Netanyahu and his government not in jail? Steve Sakur seems to always defend Israel. He's like a spokesman for Israel. He didn't get away with it in this interview with the brilliant Professor Mirandi. The professor is a credit to his country and he highlights Israel's cruel depravity and evil genocide of the people of Gaza. The world now sees exactly what Israel and Netanyahu are really like. It's an apartheid colonial, warmongering state which is illegally talking Palestinian land and involved in ethnic cleansing and land grabbing. The world shouldn't tolerate it. The US has so much to answer for. It could stop Israel's crimes against Gaza if it wanted to.

It's true I have visited Iran few months ago and I saw women everywhere Dr shop owner taxi driver I went to a huge hospital in Tehran and most of the Dr were women I was completely supersed what I was hearing here in UK what I saw there.

To finish: Sakur repeatedly quibbles about whether Israel is committing genocide...how puerile. So let's just describe Israel as a mass murdering regime, because apparently the Israelis own the word genocide. Post the filming of this program, The ICJ seems to have made a ruling contrary to what Sakur suggests it should have. All credit to Marandi who faced not hardtalk, but softheaded Western-ideological propaganda.
