I don't remember BBC knowledge at all. That not like me at all, I normally remember channels closing down. But I do remember BBC 4 start up though. Why can I remember one channel but not the other when it happened on the same day.

Let's face it, there was no new channel, it was just the renaming of the channel from Knowledge to Four, and besides BBC Knowledge is a better name than BBC Four.

I wish Celtic Woman would appear on the screens on BBC FOUR, I normally watched the latest instalments on Sky Arts. With extremely talented ladies like Orla, Mairead, Meav, Lisa, Chloe and Hayley. A New Journey is my favourite.

BBC 4 could use the generic BBC knowledge ident and slap the BBC4 logo onto it

When it first started, it initially only ran up to lunchtime on Saturdays and Sundays via Digital Terrestrial Television before switching to all day operation later on.

Things like this make me proud to be British!

The announcer supposedly said "Tomorrow night" because the final closedown for BBC Knowledge was from St David's Day (1st March 2002) - the day before BBC Four launches, but I hope lessons should be learned over it?

Sixteen years ago, BBC Knowledge ended its broadcasting forever on TV and it ended that broadcast forever. BBC Four replaced BBC Knowledge in 2002. It launched onto the TV sets before my twin daughters were born in that year. My twin daughters were born on 27th June 2002. In March 2002, BBC Four replaced BBC Knowledge after BBC Knowledge was gone forever.

Wait bbc 4 launched 2002 but bbc 3 2003

BBC choice also died and then I thought things can’t get any worse until bbc knowledge came back! But bbc 3 also went dead in a flash. So sad, so the only bbc channels we have now are bbc1 and bbc2 but I forgot to tell you something, 2 years ago, bbc kids shut down too. How many channels does bbc need to get rid of?! I WANT THEIR MEAT!!!!! Sorry. I lose my temper sometimes. Ok 👌bye 👋!
