I feel like whenever Seiji does 5D after Phantom Pain it's a meaty attempt. Am I correct in this?

The basic information is that *PP>5D* will *catch no tech attempts* *and* it can also serve as a *bait* if they emergency tech (to make it seem like you missed the combo and it's their turn to press buttons to punish you, but 5D's recovery will allow you to still sneak in meaties like 5B/5A). It can also give you information if they are emergency teching (for potential PP resets in some cases)
