आशा जी की जब भी कोई फ़िल्म या गीत सुनता हूँ तो मैं अपने बचपन के सुनहरे दौर में पहुँच जाता हूँ और सहसा उन यादों में पहुँच कर मेरी आँखें यह सोचकर नम हो जाती हैं कि वे भी क्या दिन थे 😢

एक्टर तो बहुत है । लेकिन आशा जी एक अच्छी एक्टर के साथ एक अच्छी इंसान हैं न वाहियात बातें पसंद की लाइफ में और एक पाक दामन ख्वातीन रहीं आशा जी को दिल से सलाम ❤️

Thank you for a candid interview. She has always been my favorite and always will be. I gave Asha Parikh Ji bouquets of roses when she had come to San Francisco for her show. She was sitting in a car with her mother outside an Indian restaurant. Organizers wanted her to have dinner with bunch of people after the show and I am sure she must be very tired and wanted to go back to her hotel, so she refused to go inside. I was not one of the invitee, but my mother and I followed her after the show so we could get a glimpse of her. When I saw her sitting in the car, I went and bought some roses and very hesitantly approached her car and gave it to her. She lowered the windows and took the flowers and smiled. I was floored. I will never ever forget that moment.

Ashaji was my crush during my youth. I was besotted. All her films three times minimum. I am 75 now. It seems we all septugenarian are growing together. I love it. What is amazing is her voice , it remains absolutely unchanged till date. And her famous interview to a famous film journalist and writer about her ' hips' was hilarious. Those days are gone. It was pure fun no vulgarity. She donated for a hospital near Andheri , one of her philanthropic activities I remember.

Such a well researched interview...the anchor has prepared her questions so well ...and Asha ji is dignity personified!Hats off.

And i still remember it was your film i think 'Rakhi' was the name which was first movie i have seen & since then i started loving Hindi movies, it's drama, songs, dances, fashion, style etc. I never felt to become actress but i had been huge fan of all actresses of your era. And you & Sadhanaji were my most favorite. You know i still uptill now likes you people most than other actresses. I am die hard fan of your facial expressions & off course of your dances. Your dance in 'ziddi' on 'Rat ka sama jhume chandrama' is so beautiful & really difficult to show expressions, naughtiness as you did. Since yrs.
