ఈ ప్రాజెక్టు ప్రారంభ దశలో నేను కొవ్వూరు లో పనిచేస్తున్నాను.1980 లో డ్రాయింగ్ పనులు ప్రారంభించారు. ఇప్పుడు 2022. అంటే 42 సంవత్సరాలు జరిగిపోయాయి

in 2019 spillway not completed, upper and lower cofferdam in river not completed. When above 3 milestones of projects are incomplete. Why did you stop natural river flow by constructing diaphram wall in river ? Where did river natural flow goes to ? Spillway ? Cofferdam ? Diaphram wall ? Power project ?

అవుతుంది ఇంకా 100సంవత్సరాల సమయం కావాలి.వానెమ్మ ఎం పోలవరమో ఏమో నేను పుట్టిన ప్పటినుండి చూస్తున్న ఇప్పుడు అవుతాది ఇప్పుడు అవుతాది అని. Cm మంత్రులు లు మారుతున్నారు,చస్తున్నారు,ముసలి వాళ్ళు అవుతున్నారు కానీ పోలవరానికి ముగింపు రాలేదు రాదు ఇంకా 4,5 తరాలు పోయే అంతవరకూ.

ఒక వ్యక్తి వలన జరిగిన తప్పైతే అది పలానా వాడు కారణం అని చూపించవచ్చు. ఇది 5 కోట్ల ఆంధ్రుల అజ్ఞానానికి, దురాశకు, అనైక్యతకు, రాజకీయ కుతంత్రాలకు ప్రతి రూపం... వీళ్ళకు రాజధాని లేకపోయినా సిగ్గు లేకుండా బ్రతికేయగలరు. లక్షల మందికి మేలు చేసే ఇలాంటి ప్రాజెక్టులు ఆగిపోయినా బ్రతికేయగలరు. కులం, మతం తప్పా ఏమాత్రం జాతీయతా భావం లేని ఇలాంటి నీచమైన జాతి బహుశా భూమిపై వేరొకటి ఉండదేమో!!! కరోనా కంటే ప్రమాదకరమైన వైరస్ ను వదిలి ఈ జాతి యావత్తును నాశనం చేయమని భగవంతుని వేడుకుంటున్నాను...

మొదలు కట్టాలి అనుకున్నది :- రామకృష్ణఅయ్యర్. అసలు పేరు :- రామపాద సాగర్ సంవత్సరం :- 1941 వ్యయం :- 129 కోట్లు ఇప్పటికి 83 సంవత్సరాలు అయ్యింది! ఇంకా కడుతూనే వున్నారు! 129 కోట్లు ఖర్చు అనుకున్న ఖర్చు లక్షకోట్లు దాటేల వుంది. అయినా ఇన్ని రాజకీయాలు నడుమ ఎప్పటికి పూర్తి అవుతుందో 🙏

అప్పటిలో కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం లో కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ, రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం లో కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ కాబట్టి ఇప్పుడు ఉన్న నాగార్జున సాగర్,శ్రీశైలం ప్రాజెక్ట్ కట్టడం జరిగింది. ఉప్పుడు ఉన్న ప్రభుత్వం లు ప్రాజెక్ట్ లు కట్టాలి ఆంటే సంవత్సరాలు పడతాయి

Who ever has basic knowledge in civil engineering and project management can never think of going ahead with construction of Diaphragm wall without constructing cofferdam. It clearly implies former government did not follows CPM which resulted into screwing up entire Polavaram project. Bottom line is if you are capable to execute project you can undertake else better to stay away and hand it over to experts

TDP started the Coffer dam and it is still there but not enough height, TDP lost power in 2019 and works stopped after that, the question is what was the YCP gov doing for 2 years ? Couldn’t they finish the Coffer dam?

If they build something with out following proper procedure and it gets washed out , first they have to find the exact cause of the destruction , is it quality is sure or technical issue that went wrong .. it is not as easy as u cook rice and dal ..

@@mrperectpractioner3837 : Everything was done under central supervision ,both technical and finance issues had always the sanction of CWC and ministry and the technical committees .Blame has to be taken by Centre only. CBN offered to be executioner only to expedite the project . State took heavy loans and interests were paid by state ,not the centre . Modi was only thinking he is lord of the project .

కాఫెర్ డామ్ లు complete అయ్యాక, డయాఫ్రమ్ వాల్ కట్టాలి... తొందరపాటు పని వలన 400 crores నీళ్ల పాలు ఆయ్యాయి.. ఇంకో 650 crores తో కొత్త డయాఫ్రమ్ వాల్ నిర్మించాలి. చెడులో మంచి ఏంటంటే... ప్రాజెక్ట్ ఓపెన్ అవ్వక ముందే ప్రకృతి, పాలకులు ఈ ప్రాజెక్ట్లో చేసిన తప్పుని హెచ్చరించి కళ్ళు teripinchindhi👍

1. Diaphram wall should be constructed after fully completion of upper cofferdam and lower cofferdam. no water should be allowed during diaphram wall construction. 2. TDP govt constructed diaphram wall without completing upper cofferdam and lower cofferdam and spillway. so flood washed away the upper cofferdam and diaphram wall. 3. you can see now current work fully completion of upper cofferdam and spillway. govt should actually construct diaphram at this stage but they did too early in 2018 so it washed away

do you think a German company known internationally for their work and quality will construct, if their is a rule that says, diaphragm wall must be build only after coffee dams ? Do you think CWC and central agencies will allow and release payments if it’s done incorrectly? Please don’t pass judgement, when even civil engineering experts are not saying such things ..

@@prav6988 Remember it is Central Government funded project. Without their consent and approval of DPR nothing can be done. Polavaram Project Authority approval is mandatary for design and execution of all works.

The only reason of damaged diaphram wall due to negligence of YCP govt from 2019 to 2022. the same has been damaged in 2022 floods. upper cofferdam would have completed in 2019/2020 itself. why the govt not done it, why center govt not have asked jagan to do that. Only intension AP should be loosen.

It is sad that adequate risk assessment study was not carried out. Projects of this magnitude and importance may not have these laxities. It is also surprising as to how the center is not paying adequate attention to a project of national importance. It is pathetic that we talk about becoming 5th largest and 3rd largest economy in the world when we don't have the will to complete these type of projects.

Well explained the serious problem. It is supposed to be a national project. The central government should intervene, find the causes and remedial measures needed on war footing and save the project and the nation no matter who gets the credit or discredit.

People should realize that diaphram wall is only to stop water like ap polithin paper, it is not supposed to stop flood. they should start and finish project before one year after finish of project. People pr experts should have basic knowledge on bacis.

Don't try to bring political parties or their comments into this- if you are sincere. Without CWC & Polvaram Project Authority approvals & decisions no contractor (or executor) can move forward on such a project. Bring the expert engineers from CWC/PPA to assess where the designs or execution went wrong.
