I'm noticing the average damage from advanced Ragna players (including Kaqn) don't break 3500 damage very often.. yet characters like Hazama, Noel, Litchi punish 4100+ in just about all conditions

Some claimed that cs2 hazama is god-tier, upon closer inspection however it became obvious that buppa is god-tier.

@nubascrub Are you kidding? He hits HARDER now than before. By allowing his 6C to become a combo staple, Arc might as well have ripped the batteries out of Tager's ass and inserted them in Hazama's shoes.
