I’ve seen many body transformation videos and I must say you’re one of the few who have took the proper steps to prepare for your surgery as well as took your health serious. The burning when not wearing your faja can actually be a result from a condition called Meralgia Paresthetica. It causes burning pain and numbness in your skin from constant compression on your nerves particularly in the waist area. I'm a Nurse Practitioner and would hate for you to have permanent side effects!! Wish you the best results!!

I’m 3 days post op and going fkn through it! I still have some hip dips too but I’m also very swollen. I can’t wait to get past this really painful uncomfortable phase and start seeing my real results. can you do a video over your compression routine and techniques that your message therapist have given you? unfortunately some cities don't have message therapist thats knowledgeable about plastic surgery.
