Now this answers the question i had in mind for ages. Why my Lola was always saying "Si Marcos ang pinakamagaling na presidente!" Ironically I was born September 21, 1986 at tuwing mapapansin ng mga naging teacher ko yung birth year (1986) ko lagi nila dinidikit dun ang salitang EDSA REVOLUTION or PEOPLE POWER. Kapag ung Birthdate ko naman (Sep. 21) ang nakikita lagi kong naririnig "uy kabirthday mo pala ung martial law." So those events had my interest while i was growing up. Then, i started learning about Martial Law in our class tapos excited akong ikwento kay Lola what I've learned tutal sya naman nakaexperience nun. Then yung Lola ko kokontra agad. "Hindi naman ganyan yung nangyari! Mali naman yang tinuturo sa inyo! Alam mo ba nung panahon ni Marcos mabibili mo ng mura ang tumpok ng galunggong? Takot ang taong magnakaw! Mayaman ang Pilipinas! Ginagalang ang mga Filipino!" Ilan lang yan sa paulit ulit nyang sinasabi. Naisip ko baka bias si Lola kc Ilocano sya hehe. Pero ngaung namumulat na ko sa katotohanan masasabi kong TAMA ANG LOLA KO AT MALI ILANG PARTE NG ATING HISTORY! Salamat BBM sa pagmulat sa aming mga mata. Its just a shame that a certain political group will do everything even ruining younger generation's mind for their own interest! Sa mga kapwa ko Pilipino panahon na para ituwid natin ang history! Ituwid ang mali! We need BBM as our President! He may not be the exact clone of President Marcos but remember he's the fruit of a great leader! A legend!

When i was in grade 10, Marcos was still our President, the country was still in martial on that year. If you are a law abiding citizen you have no problem during martial law. Back then the government provided free snacks to all schools, free books and life was good. I remember Nutribun was my favorite. Based on my experienced in those years Marcos was one of the best and the most Intelligent President of the Philippines. Not only, that he was one of the greatest speaker, he never reads a speech script, he always talk from his heart.
