I am from Bengaluru itself. Due to freebies 1) Electric prices increased 2) Water charges increased 3) Stamp duty increased from 50 rupee to 500 rupee 4) Petrol price increased 5) Milk rates increased 6) Registration fee increased. And not even a single new project from government. All companies are moving to TN or Telangana, as Karnataka government is not offering them any tax benefits.

As a resident of Bangalore for the past 30 years, I can tell you that this city has now become a hell hole. Especially last year, under Congress government. Electricity, city bus corporation, PWD everything is reeling under the burden of pappu Rahul Gandhi's free-bee culture. I am surprised that a person like Sidharamayya agreed to Pappu's plan.

Bangalore s best days we're the British days, a small city full of greenery, small but beautiful roads. Every day early morning the Corporation workers would clean this small beautiful city,small population, no pollution , today Bangalore is become very large without proper planning, roads are way to hell, very shabby, over populated with outsiders, who dirty the city ,don't pay any money to contractor's because no work is done, CM and Dy CM should look into the Bogus bills of the Bbmp

There needs to be an urgent law to ban freebies as part of election promises. In fact, EVEN after elections, there should be a law that will allow freebies ONLY if there is a budget surplus. This will prevent ALL parties from using taxpayer money to gain/hold power.

This is the consequence of one family's impracticable promise. A school dropout made these promises. Same promise was made during the Parliament elections i.e. ₹ 1lac per year for every woman etc. Imagine the consequences if this family was voted to power Sadasat.
