Hey guys!
Happy Sunday! It's pretty grey and wet here in London but I hope this video will brighten up your day!

I've patiently waited to film this video. I've had it set up and ready to go for a few weeks but I over did my skin care a few weeks ago and accidently burnt my skin with too much retinol and glycolic acid-silly me!! So I've given the serums a rest and my skin is all better thankfully.
Todays video is pretty much all Charlotte Tilbury which is fun as I love her stuff and I particularly love the tones of the Pillow Talk pieces. Any video where I spontaneously 'whoop' is indicative of my enjoyment of the products! Ha!

What I absolutely love about this tutorial is there are absolutely NO fake lashes and it still looks and it still looks flawless! Makes it so much more enjoyable to follow on a day to day. 🤍

Hi Hannah, Gorgeous look! Your eyes are amazing! I must say CT's "Pillow Talk Palette" is my favorite. There is a lot of versatility in this palette. I saw a video about the Color Pop "Fame" eye palette being a great dupe for the CT pillow talk eye palette. 16 shadows compared to only 4. I got the Color Pop and love it!

I love that look. 😍 I’m so glad the collection is now permanent so I can save for it. I need to buy the new limited edition Icons palette first 😬 I live in Australia so I can only buy CT online. I can’t for the life of me work out what shade magic away concealer to buy. Her guide is helpful, but the swatches look so light. I’m shade 5-6 in light wonder so I can’t decide whether to get 5 or 6 in the concealer. I used 3 in the retoucher and 2 for brightening. 🥰

Magic Away concealer is my best new discovery! I don’t get any creasing and it covers like mad. I’d love to see Charlotte come out with a few more cream blush shades. But I’m obsessed with my “Pillow Talk” lipcolor. The best!

Thank you for this demo, it gave me ideas! Glad to see you again. I was interested to see what you did with the eyeshadow quad. I like mine, just not as much as I'd hoped considering the price. After a month of use I'd say the ABH Soft Glam palette or one of Marc Jacobs ones might have been a wiser option: a beautiful clay pink color story available...plus deeper contrast shades and other looks in the same palette. I wonder what your thoughts were on how to choose. The Pillow Talk blush is beautiful, but on fair skin it works almost more like a bronzer than a blush IMO. It's worth testing at a makeup counter first. I wish it came in a slightly lighter, clearer version. The textures are exquisite. Charlotte Tilbury excels at pretty.

OMG, the Magic Cream was a total game-changer for me. I got a sample of it at the CT counter at Nordstrom (a nice size, as I purchased the Light Wonder foundation and Pillow Talk quad). I haven't had one breakout since using it, not even hormonal and normally I can't avoid those. I'm still using the sample and it's been 3 weeks! When I run out, I am going to purchase the 1.7 oz Magic Cream. It should last me a very, very long time. It's the PERFECT base for foundation. So in love with it!!!!!!!

I usually hate concealer under my eye but I love the CT one, it’s really flexible and moves with your skin if that makes sense.

Hi Hannah, I really wish I could wear eyeliner. Unfortunately when I try it seems to transfer to my upper lid over the course of the day. Is it because I have a hooded eyelid? Should I steer clear of this look or can hooded eye girls still wear eyeliners? Any help would be appreciated. Great blog as always.
