Let's make mayo from scratch but give it a little twist! You can add BBQ sauce, spicy chili oil or even sriracha. For this version I am adding a little bit of BBQ sauce to give the mayonnaise a little more flavor. Give it a try!

Base Recipe?
Ingredients:
2 Cups of a LIGHT TASTING Olive Oil ** See Notes
2 Room Temp. Eggs
2 tsp Stone Ground Mustard
2 Tbsp White Vinegar
Pinch of Salt
Place all ingredients in a jar. Place immersion blender at the bottom of the jar, then turn on high, leave at the bottom until it starts to emulsify. Bring blender stick up slowly until all the oil is whipped into Mayo. Taste and adjust salt or mustard as needed!
** Notes: You can use ANY mild flavored oil, even vegetable, canola or peanut. We love olive oil! From here you can add any sauce you like to customize your mayo!
