I picked up my 30"/18" reverse flow with 18"/18" vertical chamber, built with 1/4" steel. This was my Father's Day gift from my family. This is the Very Best gift I've ever gotten. To me - Mr. Allen Tubbs is a Master Welder - my Grill/Smoker is Beautiful! Keep Up the Great Work Allen...

With 82 K subscribers and you are a fan of HTP ; maybe you can ask HTP Salesman to sponsor some of your tools?

Really doesn't look good for htp when you switch to a harbor freight tool. Maybe harbor freight can send you a titanium sticker for the other side of your welding hood.

Don't feel to bad/down about having to use a different plasma with your patterns. Anyone who has did this for a living without CNC has felt it one time or another or will eventually. Keep your head up! Keep plugging along

Love the commentary man. Your video editing skills are getting a lot better. It will definitely push this channel over a 100k subs. The more content you put out the more subs you will get. Keep on Hustlin!

I mentioned on your previous video that plasmas need really dry air. But I forgot to include its in large because if not they blow through tips and electrodes really fast. Set yourself up a large radiator style condenser.

yeah buddy, this video style was great. cool to hear the voice over

Have you ever thought of getting a metal break? I really think it would help save you time and money on building your octagon chambers. You could bend out both halves of the chamber then weld them together with 2 welds vs 8 with 8 separate pieces. Just a thought. I built my own break and it really saves time.

Love your videos. Do you have one on rack slides to keep them from tipping. Also any idea for door vent on fire box, i have no plasma cutter or tourch. how to
@Hoonz813 жыл бұрын
Been stalking your vids for a while. I have a rookie question. How come you don’t use a bender to form the chambers up? I see savings in time cutting and welding with the volume your doing. Keep up the good work🍻👌

I have wondered how expensive your grills are I know you have to cover material cost & art work. But after that what type profit do you expect. I starting to do some garden trellis birdbaths etc.
@richardt69803 жыл бұрын
You said the plasma eats up consumables quickly even with dry air?

How has the material cost affected your business? Do you raise your price and pass it on to customer? Man material is 380 for a sheet of 1/4 here
@Allensweldingwoodworking3 жыл бұрын
It’s horrible! I’m doing orders from 7-8 months ago before steel prices got so high and I can’t change the price on those since they already had deposits down.
@crackermcwhitey13643 жыл бұрын
@@Allensweldingwoodworking Very honourable of you Allen to produce it for what you quoted it at. Unfortunately working for nothing is not the solution. You have to pass the increase on to the consumer. You might lose a few customers but you]ll stay in business in the long run.
@marcanthony99633 жыл бұрын
Would the cost be cheaper and quicker to build smokers out of steel pipes? Enjoy your videos... Like to see a propane tank style built.
@slange4553 жыл бұрын
He has done a few like that but think overall this is probably cheaper and easier/lighter to work with than pipe of the same size would be
