Boy, I really miss going to great shows like that. I'm in Hawaii for years and was only able to ship my most precious ( to me) collection. I've been to Rochester gemological symposium, many museums, as well as Quartzite+Tucson. I can't travel easily but I enjoy seeing wonderful specimens.

I hope you will be in Denver . I would love to get some Ocean Picture Stone. I live in Colorado Springs and also have a single source for a material I named Bewilderite. It's a plagioclase feldspar ,mostly gold with some blues and green. Found near where they have been mining Amazonite and Smoky Quarts for a couple hundred years. I named my claim Bewildered One. Love your videos keep up the good work! PS I love the Ocean Picture stone with the dendrites that look like surfers!

I wish I could visit your booth, but I'm in Ontario. My husband ordered me a piece of ocean picture stone for Mother's Day. It's going to arrive in a couple of days and I'm so excited 😊

If my kids were a little older, we’d make the trek from Coquitlam. But alas, it is a little too far at the moment. Perhaps they can do another one in Abbotsford or Langley next year.

Hi Dan, Thanks for the great videos. Your enthusiasm is addictive! Your certainly earnt my subscription. Could you please do a video where you explain how the Claims system works, im interested to know more. You often refer to a 50 acre claim on the Fraser, could you explain how the 50a is measured? Also be interesting to learn about the hard rock claims also. Wishing you and the family the best from the UK

It was great to see you and your family and your wares at the show!! I saw so many people sharing their treasured slab(s) from your booth :) and I was a bit star struck when you started recording this video while I was setting up my display case across the aisle! I didn't get a chance to swing by and say Hi as I was volunteering at the Crack a Geode booth, so looking forward to seeing ya next year, if not at Rendezvous next weekend! !

Wish i could show you this rick i have, it looks like a chunk of silver, weighs 1.2 lbs and is about 4 inches long and not magnetic, baffles me as to what it is
