If you're using water and bags, you do your clean up in the bag when the hash is still wet. While the wet clump of hash is still on the mesh of the bag, rinse it with cold water. And rinse it REAL good, you can't overdo it. This can turn decent hash into full melt. Important step that gets overlooked a lot.
