I admire Lansdown and his vision however the playing surface looks excellent though it could be anywhere; the building is it an admin office block or just somewhere to shower, change, hear a lecture and view the od video? Wheres the covered aerobic, anerobic playing area? What happens when it’s a bitterly cold winter, snowing or blowing a gale... oh let’s go and pump some iron, it’s a rugby training facility not football. Where’s the interpreters, the French, Italian, South American, players?
