This comment says, Bro, I got a quote from you for my basement, 800 square foot, you said $85,000. I got quote from three other contractors, they quoted me 50 to $55,000. Legal basement, now my basement is rented out. Awesome, congratulations. I'm super happy for you that you can have your basement rented out. However, let's talk about this now. Our service is not for everyone. I know that, I understand that. Our brand is different, our quality is different, our service is not for everyone. I'm going to use the car as an example. If you go to an Honda dealership, Honda's, they're beautiful cars. They drive awesome, they last for a long time. You go to an Honda dealership, you want to buy an Honda Accord, it has its own price. Okay, you go to a Mercedes dealership, you want to buy a Mercedes or you want to buy an Audi or you want to buy a BMW. You want to buy one of these same cars. They all drive, they all can take you to the exact same destination. Just the same as my basement can be rented, the $50,000 basement can be rented also. Okay, but the people that goes to the Mercedes dealership, they know that their Honda's are cheaper. They know that, but they don't want an Honda. Okay, they don't want a Toyota, they want a Mercedes, they want an Audi, they want a BMW, they want a Porsche. That's what they want and they don't mind paying whatever it costs to get that car.
