More player interaction open world is exactly what we need. The game has branched out with lots of new stuff, but has abandoned its roots.

Awesome video and great interview with Zack, however, reverting to old style of archer only works if every other class goes back to what they were back then. Classes nowadays do much more damage and have much better movement compared to back then, if archer goes back to what it was, it will be the worse class in the game by far. Old/Melee spear while being nice, just screams "grab me" or "burst me in SA" even if it can be cancelled in the first part especially in current BDO meta. Old archer will definitely not make the class better in what it currently is bad at (Aos, 1vX etc) and will definitely make archer become horrible in what it currently excels at (large scale). Understand the sentiments from Zack because old archer was indeed a fun class to play if you excelled at it, however, that Archer will never work in current meta with the amounts of damage that Archer takes from every other class and also the amount of movement present in the game. Would enjoy the old archer back, if every class goes back to what it was pre-succession haha.

Yeah nice movement except for the weapon holster feature on every vertical move like getting off the small rock, or tree root. Also it is worth to mention that with mediocre buff to jump height archer will enter the fall animation with some of his movement skills.

We more or less had the "quick" change of gear for pvp / pve before. It sadly lead to the massive problem that people abused it to a point where they managed to karmabomb (while in full combat power) or switch to a full DP meme set when getting cc´d. Guess we would need like a 2nd emergany escape (V) specificly to switch between 2 or maybe 3 versions of setups. Like, hit Alt+V and you can select a set via the F5 / F6 keys (as we do with lifeskill tools) within a 5 second window or something like that.

Just want to say because 1 person is really good at a class doesn't mean the class is ok. There are players so skillful they can make any turd glisten. 😂 **not saying Archer is bad, they're a fun class, just speaking in generals. Question is: should classes be balanced on their possibilities, what could be done, or on the average players skill?
