I can't believe their nerfing Striker, this is truly saddening to me because Striker was the only class in the game that I can actually play due to an injury I sustained last winter. I worked in a cheese factory for Kraft Singles as a head Cheese Biochemist and Engineer. During one of our cheesy experiments the Brie Centrifuge suffered a catastrophic failure and launched irradiated bits of cheese all over the facility, one of which landed in my mouth. I accidentally swallowed it, passed out and then was then quickly rushed to the ER by the cheese staff. I woke up from a coma that the doc said I was in for a month. My entire body except my head had turned into cheese thus losing any and all motor functions of my arms and legs. Luckily for me the class was released a day after I got home from intensive care and I have been using my mouth, primarily my tongue, to play Striker. It's the only class I've been able to master with my limited motor functions where I can consistently top frag in T4 NW and Sieges. If they nerf Striker will literally cry because I will have no where to go from here

One thing I seen you mention about twisted collisions hit box, there are a lot of moves on console specifically that do this. Same with rampaging predator, sometimes it acts like a magnet, other times I can miss with it several times in a row. I have aim assist turned off by default, but I pretty sure the aim assist still works to some degree on console. It is very random at times.

they way to counter slows on striker is to stack attack/casting speed on skill addons, it doesn't completely solve the issue, but it makes gravedigger much more bearable to deal with.

Melee classes might be able to eva shred and acc buff to get through that evasion, but magic classes cannot without excessive gear. I'm 297 ap with magic damage and good evasion shreds on my kit as well as one of the best accuracy buffs in the game, and their are a load of mystics/strikers I cannot 1 combo. A lot of times, even my class buff with accuracy modifiers in it aren't enough to push me there. If I add my bsr buff, that list of players becomes shorter, but still longer than I'd ever thought possible.

Try sage his awaken and stamina doesn’t need a buff but definitely need stamina love and a bit dmg love

Yea I understand strikers kit especially since I solely play succesion striker for pvp and for large scale so far on pc they and divios(best striker on pc for both specs) play succesion striker as a full ap drive by flex or as a full dp frontline those are the only 2 roles succesion striker has in large scale while awakening is played in a ball or full dp frontline since most don’t play awakening in flex because he isn’t that useful in that role compared to his succesion counterpart because succesion and go in dump dmg and get out quick while awakening once you go in your in there because his skills are a lot more stationary than succesion

You can only do this kinda stuff with that hybrid build with full pen acc. Fighting rats your literally helpless against them cause your too slow and die in your lingers. You take twisted collision or spiral you have no catch against them.

Tbh until you have full eva you can't SA trade. When you find that high acc toon you'll know when you get clapped in the first SA roto. The grab is nice but stacking eva you'll be low on acc yourself and no protected grab unlike guardian. No heal besides the e buff. Just run them out of sp and its 90% a loss for them.

Imma tell you now. 401 dp c10 and 401dp c20 are 2 different 401 dp's. If you're using an evasion offhand or a accuracy offhand to hit those brackets then I want you to realize that those offhands offer fake dp. Truthfully you don't gain that much more dr than a pen nouver c7 with those offhand but its the sub stat ( evasion or accuracy) that make wearing those valuable. The hidden stats matter much more than what you see on your sheet.

An end game striker with full eva set, c20, pen accessories can jump in a ball like a sorc. But a end game DR build can NOT do that. Eva needs a nerf. Some classes can not scale well with accuracy also.

One of 2 classes I've seen eat so much damage from an awakening DK since reworks. This in itself is a massive advantage over other classes. DK is actually broken right now. Fighting a geared ass DK will make you ponder the life decisions you made to put yourself in that situation. Draks are worse damage wise, but 1v1 draks are no problem. They excel in group fights when you can't focus 100% of your attention to them, but DK gives absolutely no fucks about your life as a bdo player.

I know this isn't going to be received well, but hot take, maybe people don't make videos on striker because he's pretty meh. Pve great, pvp 1v1, eh, 3v3 good, anything larger? Don't waste your time.

As someone who has played striker since his release he's most definitely in the top 3 all around best classes overall definitely not the best like I play awk war tag atm and he's definitely better in 1v1s imo

Honestly I think you made his "weaknesses" sound far worse than they actually are. Comparing him to classes which are good at large scale doesn't mean he's bad. Relative to other melee classes he has a way better time. Much more SA, on demand damage drops, much tankier than assassins and his 100% on top of being good damage with a huge aoe is also a long for some ungodly reason. In short not only is he good as flex but he can also do PA dives far better than most if not all other melees excluding those with huge support like valk or just giga broken like drak or even zerker to an extent. When it comes to slows that is also a poor excuse. Even some of the fastest assassins become unable to easily one combo people when slowed, some straight up just die, for example succ tamer when slowed cant cover her gaps and is so slow you could literally walk after her and still catch her. Slow isn't a striker woe, it cripples almost every class. Warrior wont one combo you when slowed either. You also didn't emphasis just how many protected cc's he has. Personally I think there's a huge problem when the class has so many protected ccs that you never use unprotected catches, ever. Fist of true strength into MD cancel is probably the only unsafe CC striker uses. He has like 9 protected ccs most with very short cooldowns and some with considerable range and forgiving aoe, that right there is beyond broken. I don't think you mentioned just how many s this class has either and those are on top of being permanent SA and far tankier than the vast majority of classes even if you build DR. Is he broken? Yes he is. Why? For the same reason sorc is. The KR player base considered him bad even when he was extremely good. For some reason a lot of koreans don't know how to play the classes which are straight up overpowered at a design level, not just overtuned though in this case they are overtuned as well.

Honestly, I just wish they would remove grabs from the game. I think the game would be a lot more skill based and balanced without the grabs and the ever looking threat they present for most classes. This would mean adjusting some classes kit for sure, but it would be well worth it.

Striker has always been over tuned and a crutch class. It does more with less compared to most classes. Protections. Cc. Damage. Yet awk mystic gets cast aside.
