The best way to know is to try it to yourself.. In terms of damage she is weaker than succ in pvp, but her awk kits have a lot of potential if only PA will buff her damage I'd be so glad, well I think PA staff are all striker main. Ofc she is fun and cooler she has one of the most aesthetics skills in the game, some hate it but I like it.

@@zedrisou Fookin PA Striker Noob Fanboyz, you are damn right! Unfortunately her awakening seems only aesthetical since it's really too weak. The succession side is ultra OP and she has a huge burst kit. In succession you can launch the 3 most powerful attacks in less than 2 seconds and handicap your opponents with huge slowdowns.

Awakening is strong. Her strength is she is capable of being far tankier than succ especially with the accuracy debuff she now has on her vacuum and her buffed PA. You essentially can make yourself unkillable for 10 seconds every 30 seconds and still be the tankiest class in the game while its on cooldown. I don't know why people don't value this especially with how insane damage is these days, the majority of classes get 2 shot standing up so their ability to deal more damage is irrelevant when they die instantly. The truth is the only reason people claim awakening is weak is because the other "bruiser" and "tank" classes including succ mystic are far too strong. They should all have a similar damage trade off like awakening does but for some reason they don't. Succ mystic and valk awakening in particular deal way more damage than quite a few assassin specs despite being able to survive 1 if not 2 full combos when properly geared. Simply put awakening mystic is the only true bruiser in BDO. The rest are all extremely overpowered assassins cosplaying as bruisers.

@@EmpyreanDreamer Hmmm, now that I think about what you said. It's true that today the majority of players value a class and it's efficiency only by the speed of the combos and how fast she kills " kill fast to win" (ex: Striker Ook grab to win). But since this is already a one shot meta, people don't realize that real balance is not locking the player down for 3 seconds and one shot him without any retaliation possibility. I didn't know that awakening was more resilient. Since I play full Eva, maybe this could be a game changer for me. I'll test the awa kit then. I played too much succession all these years.

@@ToxicSHDAgent Awakening is more resilient because she has PA which is now extremely good since the buffs and the vacuum on top of being a vacuum now has a 9% accuracy debuff attached to it.

Yes, play Succession. Forget about awakening, it's much weaker and you need nearly twice the time to kill a player. Example: Succession = 4 skills to kill. Awakening = 9 skills.

@@ToxicSHDAgent bullshit about 4 skills for succ. I played succ Mystic and her combo also has 8-9 skills. For 4 skills, she will only kill if she has an overgear.

@@kiyoko_nya You must suck pretty bad, have no shard management, and horrible add ons to have to use 9 skills in order to kill with succession. Maybe you play Awakening and you are not aware of it... shit happens ;) PS: I never said this is a static number, I just gave an example but you know...people like you and hasty judgments are my everyday's bread

@@ToxicSHDAgent Nice jokes, but nope, I'm sayin it seriously. When I said about 8-9 skills, I meant her usual combo after grab, in which her shards are charged and discharged twice per combo. If you're sayin about prem chars as an example, it's really silly, because they die from anything. Even awakened Mystic kills them for 3-4 skills.
