Yo! Your videos are super helpful! Pretty new to BDO, and learning how to shai. One small critique I have is that the music is on the edge of too loud for easily hearing the voice over, aside from that I enjoy your video format. So! Much! Information! Also saw you at Kzarka yesterday, but was too 'shai' to say hi. xD

Re the volume, are you sure you don't have a 'loudness equaliser active'? voice Vs backing music it is something i always pay attention to in these sort of video, but maybe i don't have the balance quite right yet, i know im not 100% happy with it yet... just wanna rule out anything on your end :). Even go to the effort of avoiding any backing music with vocals in it. also, don't worry about saying hi! (normally do it will a wiggle is there is a lot of random text on the screen and a boss monster eating your face) I'm your average BDO player. always happy to say hi unless I'm really in a rush with RL stuff. I can also be found in BA just chatting and messing around, even when I'm not there, there is sometimes a cool, helpfully and friendly group (Shai), you may have seen them in some videos, hanging out near the wall in BA. but sometimes it can be a mess in there.. and its best to walk away :P ADDED; the voice vs muics also feel suppressed because the voice is a little soft, something I'm thinking about but is not related to volume. maybe i will have a solution soon :)

Hello there! I recently discovered your videos and they're amazing! Doe I have to ask, can you make a guide specialized in PvE? Such as skill enhancements, which skills you have prioritized and so on..

sadly i'm not into Pve, so my advice on builds and skills would not be the best. [EU] www.twitch.tv/engeliheart seems to know what they are doing when it comes to Pve, but they are hanging out in the high end spots now but have worked their way up in recent memory, so maybe be able to help with a few areas of grinding and skills. they seems nice enough so maybe they will give you some advice next time the stream. [NA] www.twitch.tv/jaycoonbdo i haven't watch them much due to times zone and i cant watch everyone :p but jaycoon seems to be into pve, my only worry is, they have mega gear, so i don't know how relevant their advice would be.

stumbled upon your channel whilst perusing for Shai info. Although I do not PvP anymore, since I hit 60 (that's my age, not my level :P ); still found your vids interesting and entertaining. BTW what's the highest level Shai you've encountered in EU or NA while you're there?

I stopped counting my years, was a shock this year when i found out my age this year:P ...but i hope to keep an interest in game through all my years. Glad you found my work entertaining, makes it worth doing, to know someone gets a kick out of it.

Hello :) I will share another Shai trick, I've seen other shai players using it but maybe there is still someone that doesn't know about it yet. Put Sun's fury on a hotkey and once you use it and starts the animation hop or tuck and roll it will put sun's fury on cooldown but it will allow to swap to the flute and buff faster since you ignore the animation of shai pulling out the flute, pretty useful specially for grinding.

I remember someinght with sun furry... will have to give it a try, Ty very muchly.. i remember watching someone do this but i never took it onboard, and forgot about it, could not remember what it was all about, so that helps a lot.

ty, checked it out, cool tip. only thing is you mention tuck and roll as an option, that does sim to cancel.. but the hop does, nicely into flute :)

@@Snoods Mm I use it with tuck and roll more frequently than with hope since it gives the attack speed buff I dont do anything weird i just use the Sun's fury hotkey and quickly after f + w and she is on flute stance.

nope. would be a waste of money stats for me and i cant afford both. tried to Pve but i get board to fast, so when i have to or randomly want too, i go to arsher, wich as a shai, i gotta be in PvP gear even if grinding.

the 1-1-1 cancel isnt that hard the timing window for canceling is just towards the end of the skill

For me i can do one-one-one infinitely if i quickly double click lmb instead of single click, dunno why that works but it works for me.
