So let me get this straight... when you call the number (for $2 a minute), a panel of judges answers the phone and you have 20 seconds to sing or act or tell a joke. Then, if they decide to make you a finalist, you and your friends all have to call in repeatedly (for $2 a minute) to vote for you to win the $1000 prize and a part in a commercial. Keep in mind, these judges have never met you and have no idea what you look like, but they will supposedly put you on TV as long as you get the most votes (at $2 apiece). Meanwhile, all the other finalists who didn't win have also had people calling in to vote for them (at $2 apiece) and have nothing to show for it. A fool and his money are soon parted. .
