Probably my favorite visual for a spooky mix. The shambled shack, the murder of crows, the blood-orange drenched sky, all through a panning old VHS camera. It hits all the right notes. You have great taste, Dated.

Reminds me of this story about a kid who was scolded by a teacher for drawing a red sky because "skies are blue!" Like bruh you been outside? They can have basically any color on the rainbow ^.^ Even green, although that's kinda rare.

This is the same picture that I once encountered. I needed to go to the store on a moped through my small town. As soon as I left the gate, I noticed something strange: the skies turned red, and there were no clouds in them. The wind was blowing, dust was swirling under the wheels, and something like a tumbleweed was moving across the street, but there was not a single person on the street. It was as if I was in a post-apocalyptic world, alone with myself and my scooter, the speed of which allowed me to feel the pleasant wind on my face. The feeling as if something terrible was about to happen, but time stood still, giving you hope for the last pleasant sensations in this life. It was the end of August 2022.

Found this at random...... I always get a sense of anxiety that spreads throughout my body when I'm out camping at sun-down, perhaps the atavistic fear of the dark or feeling that time continues to pass despite all my effort to stop it- it would be easier to watch the sun set, but then you live in darkness.

Am I the only one who would LOVE to see this channel take on the vibes of the Magnus Archives? I love the different entities from that podcast, and seeing how specific this channel is with its subgenres, I definitely think it'd be neat! I feel like "The Eye", "The Hunt", "The Web" or "The Corruption" would match nicely, and there's alot of great voice lines that could be used from the podcast, as well!

This is one of my favorite Dated mixes for a while now. I love most all of them, and love hearing all the reworking of classic Dark Jams, but this one is really fresh! Sounds like a lot of completely new work. And brilliant works at that. I appreciate how much time, inspiration and work that takes! To me, it's one of your best in a minute. Darkly Hypnotic.
