Thank you for the opportunity to share my story. It’s a difficult world out there, so I just hope I can be a source of positivity and hope for someone. I’ve done things that no one thought I could do, and that’s a power we all have within us. The only person you need to convince is you. Much love to all.

What an impressive individual. She is so spot on about the pain in powerlifting. I only did 3 phases total (12-16 weeks each time) over a 4 year period of powerlifting programming, and at the end of each one (and sometimes the start of the next phase) I just felt banged up when training. I became stronger, but it was weird as I felt “not so strong”, but when I did those 3 lifts, I could just do it. The programming is something people severely underestimate. On a more reflective note, she will never be good enough, in her own mind. But this is the same element that drives her, improves her, and makes her reach success. It’s a fine line, if she can learn to appreciate certain successes, this may help her further. Regardless, very impressive person 🙏🏽

Remarkable person reading this.. It’s going to get better; all it is a season of opportunity to grow and be better than before. Challenging times are meant to strengthen us, not to break us. Success doesn’t define to what happened to us; it is how we choose to deal with our circumstances. The more you grow and develop as an incredible person as you are, the more things will change for the better. Forgive more (for you), be grateful for even the smallest things (we have it way better than someone else), choose love over ego, choose humility over ego (humility is strength), and finally, invest into new skills so that your future self will thank you. Our lives will change forever the more we grow. Be thankful for the challenges for we know something greater is coming. Love you always - Nathalie ✨❤️

In regards to what she's talking about at 13:37 I know exactly what she's talking about on a smaller level. I was in school and we had to do personal training at the school and there were volunteers that said they specifically didn't want me as their trainer because of how muscular I was.

She’s impossible to ignore by some alright. Can’t get rid of her. Stalkers are often characterized that way. Lol She has a very questionable character. I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if she cheated her way through education just as she did everywhere else. She admits to routinely (daily) showing up 30 minutes late to class. No doubt she’s a great athlete. However sociopathic I’m afraid. With that said I believe most everyone is redeemable if the desire for change exists.

"Ignore your emotions" that's such bad advice to give. Sure, Stefi is a very successful individual. Still, this notion of divergence when going through an episode of mental distress is equivalent to trying to sweep dirt under the rug. Material/physical gains or success should never supersede mental work. Balance is key, and discipline doesn't mean you need to punish yourself or not allow yourself to process in passivity. It means being consistent and being kind and loving enough to yourself to allow yourself time to breathe. So yeah, if your boyfriend does break up with you, that's the time to go through your emotions, allowing them to happen without seeking distractions, instead of following Stefi's advice and trying to instead build more muscle or make more money.
