That’s a nice opinion. I like his music too. But there’s so many people out there writing brilliant songs who simply don’t have the connections to have their music heard. Music is also subjective. I’d say Alex has been an important contributor to mainstream diy and he’s more capable than any I’ve seen as of yet.

The composition skills of his are unlike others in the game. The writing is invocative, introspective and the chord progression is beautiful, especially the Fm-Bb7 part. Id put this next to Lennon's 'Julia' but that's only my opinion. Thats just how I feel this song's level is.
