@bis225 He dealt with his gambling problem and made smart investments. This man is professional in business, he surrounds himself with people that are smart enough not to steal from him. Because you'll never make anything again so why steal from the king ? A lot of pro players and artist fucked up their own brands after making half a billion. This man is playing chess in sports, business, and socially. If i can be like mike

Watching this now, I'm so struck by the boundless optimism and exuberance of the era. We all just wanted to be like Mike, even it just meant we looked silly as we tried and failed to imitate his moves on the playground. And Jordan played his role to perfection, inspiring a generation of youngsters. But nowadays everything is so morose, negative, politicized. Jordan, that song, this commercial represent that boundless joy and enthusiasm for the game we're missing today. The sky was the limit, and Jordan and ONLY Jordan could take us there. LeBron is a great basketball player but can you imagine him inspiring a generation worldwide like this? Not in a million years.

The aura this guy has, still to this day, will never be touched by another NBA player. Even simply seeing him on TV, you felt like, "Wow, that's Michael Jordan right there." Allen Iverson said the first time he played against MJ, he just stared at him and said it's like Jordan wasn't even real. That's how people felt about him, that's how great he was.

@corn1971
@corn1971 8 жыл бұрын
+A basketball Lebron is good, one of the best, but he's a pale shadow of what Jordan was. Back in the day in a close game at the end it was almost money in the bank Jordan was going to make that final shot to win the game. It was more rare for him to miss that basket if he took the shot. He'd shoot free throws with his eyes closed and make them. He'd make baskets without even looking at the hoop as he put the ball up. Watching him play was on a whole other level. Lebron's greatness is that he can play ever position on the court, but he did not dominate a game like Jordan did for his entire Chicago career. A lot of great players don't have rings because they played during the Jordan era.
