Thank you for making this video, i enjoyed listening to it, i have stopped eating chocolate although it was my favourite treat, and ive wondered why i have started to eat apple pie for dessert and enjoying home baked choc muffins and then i heard you say congratulate yourself with your fav dessert 🙂 then i smiled and thought ok thats my reward for doing well on my journey ❤ i love how God answers my question's ❤ thank you.
