It breaks my heart to think the young women are putting even more pressure on themselves to fit a manufactured image that has nothing to do with reality. I'm 65 and finally breaking out of the image pressures of MY generation! I'm so glad there's a voice speaking the truth out there. Thank you!

I unexpectedly retired 2 years ago due to health issues. My entire life changed. After having a very specific routine for decades I was lost. After a year and a half my team of doctors finally found the right combination of meds to get me functioning again. I’ll never be what I was but at least I can live again. Now I’ve spent the last 6 months finding myself and developing a routine. I’m actually finding joy in life again. Yes being that woman is very individual. If it doesn’t work for you change it or it won’t happen ❤

That woman routine is a beautiful way of breaking free from influencer style superficial aesthetics-focused routine. Thank you, Kim, for creating this video and educating on the importance of embracing your individuality and being genuine. It's definitely less pressure and more do-able when you focus on what matters.

This video is gold!! We can so easily get caught up on what we see on KZfaq and perceive that something is wrong with us because we can't measure up to the so called perfect life of others. Your information is so bang on and so helpful. I really appreciate it!! I needed to hear this today.

Finnaly someone said it 🤝👏 With job, kids, home obligations and youtube channel it's a miracle if I have 5 minutes to even collect my thoughts 😂 But I wouldn't change family life for anything! I love "that woman" concept and love your video ❤

Another gem of a video! I had no idea why I disliked the term 'self-care' until I watched this video and then the penny dropped. I think I associated it with influencers/Instagram etc, I must stress nothing wrong with either, but since I am in my 60's not really my thing. I'm not explaining myself well here but I am trying to convey that Dr Kim's videos resonate with me much more as they seem grounded in reality and doable. So now I am interpreting the term less negatively, it just means treating yourself with a bit of respect and kindness. So yes I'm all for "That Woman" routine. Thank you so much Dr Kim

Can people not think for themselves? Have we stopped learning how to do that as a society, especially now with the advent of social media and people being blindly influenced by others. It's quite sad. The redeeming quality of social media is videos just like this, shedding light on how to be your own person & navigate the rough seas of being a human in any society.
