Today’s guest is sharing her step-by-step roadmap that she’s taught to thousands of women to do just that, it’s my homie, Dr. Sonja!
Dr. Sonja is a retired U.S Army Major and combat veteran, a mother of 3, and an 8-figure business owner. From the battlefield to the boardroom, this woman is a TOTAL BADASS, and she has overcome SOOOO many challenges in her life - including a long, painful divorce - BUT despite all of that she has endured and she’s sharing her stories and lessons to help women like you and me learn from her hardships and be able to get back up every single time you get knocked down!!
In this episode we’re talking all about:
- How to endure, even when it gets SOOO damn hard, and not let feeling ashamed or guilty stop you back from LIVING YOUR BEST DAMN LIFE!!!
- The 4 aspects you should focus on to move towards something that will bring you purpose in life
- How to build your resilience (it’s a SKILL SET!)
- The difference between being strong vs. powerful
- The power that comes from harmonizing your life instead of balancing it
- What to focus on when you feel like quitting & giving up
- How to make the most out of the lessons and journey of your life
- Dealing with the different “battlefields” in your life and how you can look at them differently
- What to do when you are tempted to just settle with the hand you're dealt
- The 7 warrior woman traits you need to find your POWER and live your life on your own terms!!
- How to decide if you want to stay on the “battlefield” situation that’s going on in your life
- The HEALTHY discipline method to get you where you want to be
- The power of the RIGHT self-care routine FOR YOU
- How you can be a strong, powerful woman AND be with a man that takes care of you
- The beautiful possibilities that come AFTER you have the courage to leave!!
This episode is FULL of tactical tips and takeaways to elevate your life, so make sure to listen up homie, because it’s NEVER too late to be a warrior woman, but you HAVE TO take action to make it happen!!!

I love this. I'm 73 young. 15 years old I was raped by my father. My mother didn't believe me. I was never ashamed I was 15 years old. I told what happened. I was a virgin. My mother took me to the doctor he confirmed I was raped. I called the police and my mother would not press charges. Detective Banks I would be sent to a g irls home. My mother sent me live with her friend in a other city. I cried 10 years. Because I was forced to leave my family through no fault of my own. I am successful today and I share my stories with women on my tv show and when I speak to inspire women. This is the beginning of my life. I have endured so much in my life. Dropped out of high school because I got pregnant. Then married had 3 more children. Started a school. Divorced. Got 2 degrees. Bought my home Bankruptcy and so much more. I am an author, looking for love at 73 and sharing my stories because our experiences are not for us but for others. Thank you for sharing your stories. God bless you Queens.

I always lived by: "share your story, you never know when you are going to unlock someone else's prison." I have noticed that some people are very uncomfortable when others are vulnerable around them. And that is the sticky part, to be compassionate of others while being true to yourself.

This is such a powerful "chat" between two truly inspirational women. It really didn't feel like an interview to me - more like two likeminded souls coming together, sharing of themselves with the rest of us, so that we can learn and grow from our past in ways that can take us from the battlefield to the boardroom. I have learned, cried, laughed and felt the most inspired in 2024. I will definitely keep this one on repeat. You hit sooo many truths that speak to my own journey and I am sure countless others. Kudos to you both.💞

Absolutely. My husband made me feel that too but at a point I realized that it's not me who is the problem, he is rather projecting his negativity and instability to me. So I started focusing on myself and my mental health and took a step away from him. Yet to process my divorce though, but I love the peace I am enjoying now

Lisa went so gentel ❤ 🙏 Thank you I need to see women like you, you get me, I get emotional and I feel the healing because I feel again. I'm not that much numb any more, anger, Sadness, Joy, Happiness and less fear.... Never did wake up that much, thank you 💕 it's time, I'm 53....

Loved that interview with Sonya 💕 I'm 53 struggeled all my life, guess my super power is indurance and keep trying even when nothing realy worked, but I know my self and I don't belive I would be capable to do what I do without wemen like you I can look up too, didn't happen often befor I knew this Amazing moovement, gives me hope for me and for humanity, at least those who staves for change and don't know how will jump on all those informations I needed and still need. Your my support and I never felt as supported as NOW Even if you don't know me, you describe me and love poeple like me and for me that's huge There's magic, real healing juste by lissening and put intoo action. Love Wonderwomen, didn't grew up with her, but since a saw the film I changed my posture more and more because I love her posture 🤣 I 💖 how she keeps her arms a litel behind and I do that too and I found out that's a very good one 👍🙌 I had a strong wake up when I read a book with amazons and feminin initiations. And I decided that my life was my initiation, put truly I was in a deep fog, frozzen, didn't found a way out of chronic pain, lost the plaisur to walk and went so numb that I coulden't feel it most of the time and with cptsd, unknown, I had chronic fatigue syndrôme and felt threatened all the time, my mind was blocked on " you can't proove me that nothing terrible can happens, in some seconds ahead... I knew it had no scence but it didn't change my fear, I was a basquette case, still ame a, but I'm a lost case for them and all I get from them is hard medication, at least it protects me against the strong stress, I was loosing my hear, and those big fears. But even with that medication I feel again and I love it. Some times it's strong and anger feels so good and fear fades away. I know how to deal with anger and I'm so releaft too feel it again and how I want to bite. I come back 🙏🏼😘

She is definitely me...I train warriors....I Am a warrior....I Am Enough. Know ThySelf....Know Self Love first. Have a partnership first... Push people to love themselves first... 😊People who lack Self Love and those who forget that we "Reap what we sow" have to settle. It's a learning experience and as you mature, you learn that you you dont have to be stuck in it. Connection is ok.....but Connect with yourself first... I would rather be in a partnership than to be married. I love myself enough to Know I Am Enough. I won't waste my precious journey trying to live on man-made ideals of thinking I have to put up with anyone who is Not maturing spiritually. Listening to Inner Guidance is the key to Inner peace, love, joy & extreme happiness 😊....I definitely Give what I want to Receive. .....and that is very fulfilling. Life is simple. We make it too hard. 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉😊
