Bea should have a healing program or a book, she's soooo relaxing to watch and hear. I always feel good whenever I watched her.

I love these two ladies. I watch UAAP and follow the athletes like Bea or Ayel in social media primarily because I want to get strength from the athletes and how I could apply it to my personal life (in my professional side too actually). Definitely took note of words of wisdom coming out in the mouth of these ladies.
