In todays video i went out fishing off the beach in hope of catching some fish i can cook up. Ended up catching 3 flathead and cooked one up over the fire.

while those compact compilations of fish catching on other channels are nice, it's when you said you tried different lures and got nothing for two hours that gave me more motivations to go back out there and keep trying. it's these very moments that remind me even with the best fisherman it's not always smooth sailing and you won't always catch fish. i appreciate the honesty and thanks for sharing such experiences

For sure the cooked tuna. Never caught one before but I love it with with avo in a sushi roll. It is absolutely delicious

Hey josh I’m a fishermen as well your great at what you do just wanted to ask have you ever fished at lake conjola on the south coast because I caught I 97 cm flathead there

Hey Josh love your channel mate! Just curious if you could taste any sand when you were eating the flatty? I filleted a salmon on the beach once, thought I'd washed it thoroughly, froze it then cut it up for some sashimi which was amazing considering it was an Aussie salmon but got a Lil bit of sand in each bite.

Have cooked flatties similarly while having a fish before prawning in south coast estuaries near the mouth and beach. Take a couple of lemon slices next time

My dad and I went fishing in Western Australia and we caught 5 80cm salmon and made 5 kg of Thai fish cakes but dad washed them in the surf so they were full of sand😂😂

Awesome video Josh, Flathead is also my number 1 best tasting fish, have you tried lemon with it? I am surprised on how you grab the flathead without being spiked, i would be wearing leather gloves lol Great video as usual, keep them coming buddy (Y)
